This is scam, they ask you to subscribe in order to connect with applicant, I subscribed with my credit card, then they asked me to verify and upload my ID. After they have my credit card info and ID. I got notification that I am verified but when I tried to connect with applicant, it asked me to subscribe to Elite membership again. I tried to cancel
and ask for refund, they will NOT give you refund even though they didn’t deliver anything as they promised in there subscription. Do not subscribe!! Terrible experience.

We have been working with you actively through our email support and issued you the refund over the weekend. A few things to clarify:
1. Aside from our free membership, we have two tiers of subscription for premium users: about $6/ month for premium and $11/month for elite. We believe the pricing is fair to enable our families to find a fit for their loved ones, while allowing us to sustain our business.
2. The elite group of helpers have gone through a more extensive vetting process, but we will do a better job to be clear which helpers are elite. Additionally, we upgraded your account in an attempt trying to work with you. You should have been able to connect with them in the app.
3. We take safety and security very seriously; ID verification is one of our security measures to ensure the safety of our users.
4. We also shared that the minimal wage for your live-in 7-day position should not be at $5-6/hr. This isn’t able to give the helpers a fair living. We had recommend you to raise your hourly rate in order to generate more interests.
Overall, we appreciate your giving us a try. Sorry, it did not work out. Best of luck to you.

Ava, Mike and their team helped us find a "unicorn" nanny. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Could work two hours in the morning and then a chunk in the afternoon. Experienced, etc etc. We couldn't be more thankful!

Efficient, Responsive Service
We engaged AyiConnect to help us find someone in San Francisco to help tutor our children in Mandarin and help with a little cooking and cleaning on a part-time basis. We chose the AyiConnect Elite Match service. At $629 (including card fees), the service was not cheap, but AyiConnect did a good job of screening and finding candidates that satisfied our parameters. Everyone we dealt with there was very responsive. We are very pleased thus far with the Ayi we chose (after interviewing three candidates).
