Baby Travel Avis 

I ordered a car seat from them having originally had good service before however this time - not. Seat ordered did not arrive and I was told they tried to deliver twice - I was in both times and one of the times there was a lot of traffic around so the delivery driver didn’t even bother trying. After just 2 attempts It was then automatically returned to them and a refund is to be issued, why not a) actually deliver it b) provide any options to collect. Complete waste of time, go elsewhere as far far easier.

Ordered next day delivery and 2 days later receive a rain not the actual pram , worst customer service from a man on the phone who’s giving me verbal abuse and hanging up the phone saying he’s cancelling my order as if it is my fault disgraceful service will be making sure everyone in the country knows not to use this VILE company

I ordered a CM baby bag an it arrived amazing today. It was lovely, beautify and had a little baby changing mat. I am so happy with my order and would definitely recommend others to buy.

Ordered the iSafe buggy board with seat. It was the cheapest I could find anywhere whilst searching for buggy boards with a seat. I ordered on Tuesday and the items arrived by Wednesday, I didn’t even request next day which I would’ve had to pay for. So it was a bonus, I did a mini stroll and so far so good. I’m excited to get out and about and test it out properly.

Really awful service. I bought an item costing £14.95, I had to pay postage to return it, that means I was already losing money. Then they charge a fee - yes, it is clear in the policy but I didn't read it because who woudl ever think they would need to. So they rightfully took another £3.59 FEE bahahah so that means I basically lost all my money,which is what they want, they want you to not return it so they don't lose money and if you do they take further. It is appalling, how can you take a fee for £15 item that I HAD to pay for the postage to return. You are slimballs and I will never use you or allow anyone I know to use you.

I bought this as a present for my little nephew, he loves it , he usually dislikes sitting in his old chair but his mum said he can’t wait to get into the car now as he is very eager to get into his new and comfortable chair

Great value push chair and accessories. The changing bag didn't contain a changing mat even though it was advertised but I don't mind as it was all such good value.well packaged and really nice quality. I bought it for when my baby grandson comes to visit. Hes only just been born so i haven't used it yet but I'm sure he will enjoy it when I get a chance to take him out. Its easy to put up and fold down and seems really smooth to push. A bargain!

Great price, fast delivery, and amazing product! It’s easy to fold and unfold, has a storage basket underneath which can fit your changing bag into, only problem being it’s not easy access when the seat is reclined. But the recliner feature is great, and easy to use. Very well made product, has a storage pocket on the back for the rain cover. Overall, very happy with this product. So lightweight and a dream to handle.

Cot came with some damage and missing pre drilled holes to attach base at lowest two levels. Contacted 2/1/23, replied 5/1/23 to say warehouse had been notified to find a replacement headboard. I chased 9/1/23 and still haven't heard back.

Still no reply to my emails but an email from them 7/2/23 saying a replacement headboard had been sourced. Arrived 8/2/23
Better late than never. Don’t think I’d be keen to order from again just in case of any issues.

This is my first time experiencing an issue with a physical item and not a financial services product. My wife and I brought a cot from Baby Travel that should have been suitable for our boy for at least 2 years. His just turned 3 and the cot was suitable up to the age of 5.
Within 1 month, the supporting foot of the cot came off completely, this meant the cot was leaning/tilting to one side and was very dangerous as it could topple over which could cause injury or worst to our baby.
We reported the issue to Baby Travel and they told me that their customer services department work from home only, none of them have telephones and therefore I can only communicate with them by email. We therefore took photographs and explained/demonstrated the fault which could have been rectified with the right part, instead I was told to apply wood glue. I told them there is no way I'm applying wood glue, this is a new purchase covered under warranty and the cot is defective. Baby Travel told me the cot is not defective and basically it is our fault the cot is broken. After several conversations by email, it was very obvious that this company was not going to handle our complaint with the seriousness it deserves and there intention is to deny liability at all costs and not obey any laws under the consumer protection act or 1 year warranty we had on this item.
It was always a matter of profit over the safety of our son.
We reported this matter to PayPal which is the method of payment we used to buy this cot and they reimbursed us in full.
Paypal understand the seriousness of our complaint and we pray they will act upon it with the urgency this matter deserves.
Please do not use this company. You might receive your product from them, but if it's faulty, then under their rules, it's your fault.

What a terrible company to buy from. The 'iSafe' buggy we bought was extremely poor quality - I was concerned about the top of the carry cot collapsing over the baby's head because there was no structure in it (because it was of cheap quality). The buggy was given as a christmas gift so was 2 weeks over the returns time. They would not do anything about a refund or exchange because the Christmas period pushed the buggy past the 28 days return period. A poor quality item and very poor quality service. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge-pole!

Good experience with this retailer, quality products at great prices delivered as expected.
