Great service but the number on the flat was not included so the boxes were left outside on the bench so in future please address as 25, Darley Dene Court. Garfield Road, Addlestone, Surrey. KT15 2NU. Thanks despite this little problem I was 100% happy with the contents. Thanks again👍🏼🙏

I had previously ordered from them and…
I had previously ordered from them and received an email saying the meat would arrive the next day. The following day, I got a message saying it was delivered, but the postal carrier emailed us saying they would bring it a few days later. When we finally received the package—six days later—the meat had spoiled. There was no label or indication on the packaging that it contained perishable items. We emailed the company but never received a response. Very disappointed with the lack of proper labeling and customer service.
Update 25/04/2025
After my initial review, Bakkali reached out and apologised for the issue. They processed a full refund and also sent a replacement order free of charge under their Freshness Guarantee. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and their prompt response once they were aware of the problem. It’s good to see a company take responsibility and make things right.

Overall Excellent but need to add a high quality choices of fresh savoury and sweet Arabic pastry .
Excellent customer service, nice food, packed with care abd love . Reasonable, however; not wide enough variety of choices particularly with fresh Arabic pastry both sweet and/or savoury. I hope you look into this as soon as possible because it will definitely take you to another level in terms of meeting your customers demands and expanding your customer base . Hope this makes sense. Authentic Turkish-Lebanese Delights Delivered Fresh from Bakkali Shop!
I recently placed an order with Bakkali Shop, a Turkish-Lebanese store, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
I ordered a selection of items including Lavash, Khubz, pomegranate syrup, molasses, cheese, falafel, rose water, and olive oil. Everything arrived fresh, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. The quality of the products truly stood out—especially the olive oil, which had a rich, authentic flavour, and the pomegranate molasses that added a delicious depth to my cooking. The falafel was perfectly spiced, and the cheeses were fresh and full of flavour.
What impressed me most was the authenticity of the items. It felt like a little taste of the Middle East delivered right to me. The rose water had a delicate aroma, ideal for desserts and drinks. Delivery was timely, and their customer service was polite and helpful throughout.
I highly recommend Bakkali Shop for anyone looking for authentic Turkish and Lebanese ingredients.
Don't forget their exotic fruit range that will be my next shop in Sha Allah.I will definitely be ordering again soon!

Great customer service and products at good prices
Great customer service and products. I was very happy to find many products are great prices, and was particularly delighted to find Palestinian products. Also, all the fresh food that I ordered was really good condition - nothing I wouldn't have chosen myself in person. Quick and free shipping as promised - slight hiccup in that I was provided a tracking number that didn't work, but customer services (who returned my call in a short amount of time) investigated promptly. Only other issue was I got swapped red peppers instead of the red pears I ordered, but again, customer services promptly refunded me.
