DO NOT BUY!! We placed an order on the very clear condition that delivery would be no later than a specified date and was assured that as long as we paid for priority shipping they would arrive on time. But of course they didn't arrive on time (3 days later), so we had a trade show booth with no signage. Called their 'support' but was just repeatedly read the script that says 'our policy is that 89% of orders arrive on time'. No refund or compensation of any kind. Shop somewhere else!!

Doesn't work well during winter…
Good value, and their website is easy to use from designing to finished product.
Doesn't work well during winter mornings or when it rains for car/shop windows, where you need to see through to the outside. Water droplets form in the small perforate holes making it impossible to see through the glass windows. Have to use a window squeegees wiper to remove the water droplets to see through the glass. Not sure if this undesirable effect is normal for this kind of perforated material,

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. I did not realise they are based in India, they pretend to be Australian. Shipping was a nightmare and now I won't have the poster in time for the event it was purchased for so a complete waste. Customer service was useless and could not do any thing to rectify this. Not sure about the quality of the product as I haven't received it yet.

Service & Assistance
Called discuss the best Product(s) to use to achieve what I wanted to be printed for my shop door sign. Turns out these guys know a lot and assisted me in choosing the right Vinyls and options. Amazed they were available 24/7 over the phone, so I didn't have to wait until the morning, very handy. Was a late night getting everything altered and submitted but looking forward to seeing the proof and the final products. Keep it up.

Im sure now I've done it once it will be easier next time..
The Design component of the website is quite confusing, and difficult to navigate as a newby. I found myself quite frustrated at times (and a default font colour of white on a white screen caused some consternation for some time when trying to add text) so that didn't help the process any. I had created several items, and didn't realise that you had to add them to the cart whilst in the design page, so that made that element of the process a little slower than I anticipated, but I got there in the end. I am hopeful that the products will be terrific and am looking forward to receiving them. Pricing is excellent.
