Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, the product takes weeks and comes from overseas. Called several times and was told the order was on its way, a week past the date we needed the product and still nothing has arrived.

it is very disappointing to have used buzz banner and not had much trouble with them then they go and totally stuff up and do not care what they did I bought car stickers from them and they changed the material which was not a good idea never asked them too they never told me they just gave me a refund of $16 I got 2 stickers to go down my car but they have not stuck and what they send was, to be honest rubbish it is now peeling off I told them they did nothing and left it to Paypal to tell me I had lost my money I will be doubtful now to go back and use them, all they needed to do is have some customer service but no now they lost more than what the did not have to pay me back for because I would have bought new stickers that I wanted plus a gazebo off them now nope not giving the business when they treated me like this

Our team suggested a product change in the order due to the nature of your artwork. The best possible option was a Flash Cut decal. As per the latest update, we have received a chargeback for the order. Hence, we would request you to contact PayPal for further updates related to the payment. Regrettably, we won't be able to assist you further in this regard until receipt of the final outcome of the chargeback or if the chargeback is withdrawn.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! I created , with your help, 10 aluminium signs, saved them in My Designs and then went to checkout in no time at all! The design models were a great variety and I used my skills to change one to my basic design. I suggest you find a simpler way to take multiple designs straight to checkout instead of singularly. Congratulations on a creative tool which gives a wonderful experience .

SCAM BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER
Terrible customer service and print quality from a business that is NOT based in Australia at all. The printing comes from India and their customer service reps make promises they don't keep, don't want to talk to you and to them, the customer NEVER comes first.
My first order went through relatively smoothly, but then things went downhill after that. Even though my 2nd and 3rd orders had exactly the same sized font, they delayed printing the orders by over three days because they didn't like the size of my font. But who are they to tell me what I can't print when I've already PAID for it?
Not only that, it meant that my print order missed the deadline that they promised for delivery and the event I printed for. They didn't even try to make it up to me, but demanded I pay them extra for shipping.
The printing is also horrendously inconsistent because they CHANGED MY FILE when I specifically said that I DID NOT want any changes. Hence why the colours and quality of the print was significantly reduced. Who do they think they are? I don't care if it printed low quality, I wanted it printed my way. Ironically it came out lower quality than if they actually had just printed my file without any changes.
Conclusion. DO NOT PRINT FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM.

In our experience, when there is too much text in a small space, the letters can merge together. Additionally, there was more information in your design than in your previous order, so our designers wanted to double-check everything before printing to prevent any mistakes. To avoid this issue, our designers increased the font size to 7 pt.
We recognize that the delay on your order has resulted in the delivery date being postponed. Our team may have suggested that you pay for a higher shipping option to ensure that the original deadline was met. However, since this was not to your satisfaction, we have expedited both of your orders to arrive as soon as possible. We have selected the best available delivery date to minimize any further inconvenience.

They charge you, then don't send anything out
We tried using Bannerbuzz where I work. We were on a tight deadline and hoping they would pull through. Not only did they not pull through for us, they charged our card and never sent anything out (as in it wasn't even lost in transit, nothing was ever sent) - To add insult to injury, they also seem to have lost the order details completely and won't refund the money.
Getting in contact with them to resolve the issue was near impossible - we got told that someone from their billing team would be in touch four times. We still haven't heard back from them.
Definitely avoid Bannerbuzz.
