BarkBox is a great company. I’ve been a customer for a number of years. My dogs have all loved the toys and treats. Recently I received a monthly box (now in a bag) that had just one toy instead of four. I emailed customer service. I received a very prompt response, and the result of our communication was that BarkBox promptly sent out replacement toys. This is just one example of the company’s commitment to quality service. I highly recommend BarkBox.

Have no complaints

Even though I have cancelled my subscription, my dog has enough toys, courtesy of BB to last her lifetime and not get bored.
The customer service is the real selling point. At all times as a subscriber they have been able and willing to promptly satisfy my every concern.
The boxes are easily customizable and I really appreciate that. Thank you BB for years of play. I will likely be back!

Gizmo loves his toys and plays like a child. He loves snacks since he is such a foodie. When gizmo is happy, it makes me happy. The quality of the toys is quite awesome. These toys are really gizmo proof.

When our dog refused the treats that were being sent, one notification to Bark and they changed our subscription toys only. Not that the treats weren't great, he has just become a treat snob. We passed the treats on to his mother that belongs to our son. She loved them. They even asked us to specify the type of toys (mostly those with squeakers). He loves getting his delivery of toys.

The customer service is excellent and I'm not normally a fan of text only type of customer service. The toys are awesome! I've been a member for 2 years and I enjoy the subscription almost as much as my dogs. The toys are high quality and fun.

I rated one of the toys as being too large from my medium sized beagle and was contacted by someone about sending some of the small sized to see if they were a better fit for my super chewed. She received the new toys and we adjusted her box without any hassle. They were amazing.

Neat Toys for the dog , you guys have very talented staff of people , Sometimes the stuff comes in a bag , I do realize its probably easier and cheaper to send it that way, but its cool the dog recognises it when comes in the box with Bark Box on it . All in all you have a talented bunch of people working at your company Thank You Tammy , and Doug

My dog loves all the toys, and we get a choice of soft and hard chewing which are both excellent. And she loves the treats. She thinks all the boxes that come to the front door or for her.

Teddy loves it when the box comes. He wants to open the box himself but I don't want to clean up the mess. He loves the toys and the treats, the super chewer toys are holding up under Teddy play time.

We only get the toys, and its a great selection everytime. Our fur babies just love them.
