I am giving 2 stars because my dog enjoyed the toys & they were flexible about not including treats like we requested. Cancelling is a nightmare! Plan on spending lots of time emailing the company because, despite receiving confirmation my account was cancelled they continued to send a box and charge my credit card. I would receive a very nice email from them saying things were taken care of but they were not.

My dog Bat loves the toys I have super chewer and not a toy destroyed like pet store toys she is a huge chewer for sure as a German shepherd and working dog puppy in training. I have 3 other dogs and they love the treats! Super chewer is worth every penny! Great quality toys. Directions are difficult for those who have dyslexia like myself but other wise she loves the toys and I love not spending a whole lot on treats and toys that get destroyed in an hour at most.

My dog loves this he’s unfortunately developed an allergy of Simmons I have to sort out but am hoping to b able to come back for the toys and treats he loves!

Boxes were fine until I tried to cancel my subscription . Nothing but problems. Do not recommend this company.

Our rescue dog recently had a terrible accident that left him partially paralyzed. On top of that, we lost our other rescue (his best friend) just a few months ago after they had been together for 8 years. I usually scroll past emails but I saw the Guy Fieri collaboration box and thought, “Why not? Let’s try it”. Needless to say, our boy was SO excited and he loves every toy and all the treats. He has not stopped playing for days and we’re so glad to see him happy again. Thank you, BarkBox, for cheering up not just our little guy, but us too! The ordering process was easy, communication was great, and it is worth every (very affordable) penny.

The treats and toys that arrive are always a thrill for our dog, Bert, to enjoy! He loves all of the various ball creatures that come and they are his favorite item in his bag!

My dogs enjoyed their latest selection of toys and treats. They are especially enamored of the two in one treats, in which they have to chew off the outer fabric to get to the toy inside. Merlin is a "nuzzler", in that he kind of "nurses" the toys. My bulldog Connie (2015-2024 ) did the same thing with his chew toys and he often fell asleep nuzzling his toys!

I am honestly just shocked by how great the Barkbox CS is when I contact them. They always respond in a timely and extremely helpful manner; it's wild! They have helped me get the right combo of stuff for my doggo, and she loves every box that comes in the mail each month. Such a fantastic service.

The one small, hippy side of me wishes they had a partnership with Terracycle or somehow offered a "take back/spent toys" where it's like "Once your doggo is done with a toy, ship it back to us to be recycled with our partnership with Terracycle. Love knowing your returned toys are used to build recycled benches that are put into dog parks!" or something like that. But I understand I am probably in the minority of people who think about the entire lifecycle of a product. Still Love this subscription service so much!

My experience with Bark has always been phenomenal. They truly seem to care by making sure you’re happy and satisfied with your orders. In fact, they go above and beyond by replacing items that you are not happy with and following up on any concerns that were previously addressed. In comparison to other companies, they are outstanding.

I love the quality of the products and the creativity each month! I really enjoy seeing what each one will bring. They are willing to adjust and work with you according to your pet's needs, which is great, too. We have been subscribers for years now, and plan to continue for many more....thank you Barkbox for bringing a little joy to our lives each month :)

My dog loves the animals with balls inside. He also likes the pull toys. He plays with them constantly. He’s a pretty tough chewer but he loves the balls because they don’t just fall apart immediately.

My 3 girls have loved all the toys and just loves loves the treats that are sent.. when I bring the bag in they know exactly what it is and sit in front of me waiting for me to open it. I set it on the floor and they grab the toys immediately, and then I use the treats as rewards for them.
