I am blown away by the fabulous customer service. My dogs love just about everything you send, and when I noted in a survey there was one item they didn’t like you sent me a replacement for it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about BarkBox!

My dogs love the toys. I think Bark does something with their boxes because my dogs know it is 'their' box when it comes in the door. They are super chewers and the super chewer toys are great and they love them. Customer service with Bark is also great. I did have a toy destroyed in 5 minutes or less and they sent a different toy to replace it.

While the products are great the new shipping contract via Amazon Shipping has degraded the delivery time, accuracy and quality.

Love this company! So thoughtful and nice assertive and on top of any concerns or issues that arise. They care.

I have been a BarkBox customer for many years and I love the product quality, treats & toys, and the variety is awesome. The monthly themed boxes are always fun treat for the dogs (and me!). The few minor issues I have had have always been handled satisfactorily by their wonderful customer service.

Treats where on point for my dog the toys always seem the same for my aggressive chewer. She chewed these toys until the fabric came off . The fabric didn't last more than 20 minutes when I gave her these toys.

Bark box sends out quality toys. The online system is really easy to maneuver. You can make adjustments to size and style of toys your pup receives anytime. My fur baby loves the mailman because he knows he's bringing his box. They also stand behind their products. I had an issue a couple months back, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I recommend them to everyone I see.

We rescued a 5 year old beagle recently and knew he had been in rescue 11 months waiting and he liked toys so we immediately enrolled in a 6 month subscription. First he received a free Ollie Octopus bed and he was joyful! The detachable squeaky tentacles were beloved and played with daily. And we started adding toys to his monthly order, he loves them! Only a bad squeker gets rejected and Barkbox even replaced them with their Scouts Honor pledge (this rarely happened but I’m impressed by the dedication to make my dog happy). The ability to remove treats and get 3 toys each month works best for us and the toys are great quality and lots of cute themes. We might have gone a little wild recently at the warehouse sale, but our boy is so happy, plays with his toys daily and I have no doubts that we will continue our subscription long beyond that 6 month commitment (worth it for the free bed). Oh, monthly offers for free items with add on toys is another favorite thing. We have shared our favorite toys and videos and know 5 friends who are now enrolled too, so, yes, we absolutely would recommend Barkbox to anyone who wants good quality fun toys for their dogs (they have toys for destructive chewers too).

Not only are their toys unique but they're sturdy and durable. They hold up to my two wild dachshunds! The treats are my dogs favorites! They LOVE them! But even more important to me was the kind and compassionate care this company gave me when I called to cancel one of my BarkBoxes when my oldest dachshund died. They were wonderful!!
