Service was great. I have several questions and they we answered promptly. The projected manufacturing time was shorter than suggested. Collection was seamless. I could certainly recommend Bathroom Direct when you need anything for your bathroom.

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that. We had your order sent directly to you from the supplier so you would receive it as quickly as possible. The downside of this is that we have less control over the freight process but there is no reason that you shouldn't have received better communication. Our records reflect that it was delivered two days after it was ordered but I can see you asked about it after that.
