No fuss returns
When the basin was broken upon delivery, the quick response from the email was what had us at hello. The change over was easy, thanks to owner lady at bathroom direct (polite and easy to talk to).
Very happy with the experience, will be ordering from them again soon😊

First time buyer and very pleased.
I needed a safety hand rail for my shower and after looking at different sites I chose Bathware Direct as I found the best range.
I ordered online which was very easy and was kept up to date with my delivery date, all went well and I’m very pleased with my hand rail.
If I need anything in the future I would definitely go straight to Bathware Direct.

Great price. Streamlined process from ordering to delivery. Needed the vanity in a hurry and advised of location in Qld where I could collect from rather than having it delivered. Ordered parts as well that were posted and arrived promptly.

Quality at an affordable price
Found this beautiful left side 3 drawer, 2 door high gloss vanity unit from Bathware Direct. Price was very reasonable, but more so was the quality and finish of the unit was perfect. Finding left hand drawer vanity units is difficult as my plumbing is on the right side.

Thanks for your review Sandeep. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. We see that you received your order on the 28th August and emailed us on 11th September to let us know that you believed parts were missing which we sent express that day. It is very important that orders are checked within 48 hours to avoid this kind of confusion.
Very Happy Customer
Great service - very fast shipping to South Australia. Product was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
