We had a last minute change of colour for tapware. Our order was already packed but the wonderful staff member was able to get into our pallet and swap for our new choice....they were awesome!

Return as difficult as buying it is…
Return as difficult as buying it is still sitting in my yard. Waste of money and no assitance after sales is hopeless if you are interstate and you want to return any product. Do not buy otherwise you will be stuck with it.

Thanks for your review. You ordered sinks that you then realised wouldn't work for you. This is considered a change of mind and we agreed to doing a refund once you sent the items back. When a customer requests a refund for a change of mind item the responsibility is on the customer to return them to us and then we arrange a refund. As far as 'no assistance' goes I can see that our team emailed you the paperwork and explained the process to return so I can only assume that you are frustrated about us not arranging the return freight for you but it is very clearly outlined in our policies that this is the responsibility of the customer.

Easy, friendly and fast to deal with.
We ordered two laundry tubs on a Thursday night, they arrived in Brisbane by Monday morning. There was some damage from the manufacturer, we were offered a discount or replacement and we opted for the replacement. This happened without a problem. They were very easy and friendly to deal with. We would buy the tubs again and would use Bathware Direct again.

We were able to pick up directly from the supplier which saved us time as well.

Great website.
Great website, helpful staff and a good business model.
Searched everywhere for a particular type of tap for the bathroom sink and found it here on Bathware Direct. Needed a few more dimensions- and customer service were unbelievably quick to oblige with that request. Price was excellent and product arrived a few days later. Excellent business. Thank you Bathware Direct.

I tried to get two items delivered. They could only come as separate deliveries. I argued about this. In the end they came separately, and two toilet seats.

Hello, this does not reflect our records. Could I get more info? As far as I can see you ordered one toilet seat and we delivered this days after you placed the order. I have searched our records using your email, phone number, name, order number and the product SKU but can't see anywhere that you ordered more than one item from us.
