Baytree Interiors Avis 

I visited recently for a look around and have been there several times in the past.
Lots of choice and high quality items.
A couple of items caught my eye but I was concerned about whether or not they would fit into my scheme, as they were rather pricey.
I looked for a returns policy which is usually clearly displayed in other shops.
However there was a strange sign saying to ask staff about returns.
I did this only to be told rather curtly that they would not give cash refunds only a credit note.
I avoid places like this like the plague as I have been stung before.
I found the member of staff to be rather unfriendly in her interaction with me.
I decided to look at Baytree online and found that I could return the item in store for a full refund within 14 days however I would have to pay £5.95 to have it delivered.
I was almost at the point of paying when I decided to shop around online. To my amazement I found exactly the same items far cheaper elsewhere.
For example an expensive vase which was in the "sale" in Baytree, was around £35 cheaper standard price at several other outlets.
Moral of the story is to shop around before you part with your hard earned cash and make sure you are happy with the returns policy.

Excellent shop interesting and affordable items. Needed to exchange a mirror Debbie and the other staff very helpful and patient while I selected other items.

Quick, efficient delivery

Ordered two identical mirrors and received only one. The company had to call the supplier and send the second one few wks apart. They kindly refunded delivery cost for the inconvenience. These identical mirrors had the hangers positioned at different places which made it a bit difficult for my handyman to hang them next to each other.

I was delighted with the service that I received when I recently bought 2 table lights from Baytree Interiors. It was a very easy transaction and the lights were incredibly well-packaged and arrived in good time and in excellent condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to very highly recommend this company.

The palm tree was reasonable quality although did look nicer and fuller in the pictures but £24.95 for delivery of what was effectively a box seems outrageous! This is clearly a furniture delivery cost and it is definitely something that needs to be looked at.

The ginger jar arrived quickly and was well packaged. There was no damage it was exactly as expected. A beautiful piece that I absolutely love!

Beautiful vase, some slight air bubble faults but doesn’t detract from the appearance.
Larger than I anticipated so very heavy when flowers and water added!
Love it and fairly good price. Note well though you need plentiful bouquet of long stems for any impact.

Absolutely superb shop, I ordered online after searching for a concrete vase. Really pleased with my purchase, and despite covid restrictions, the item arrived super early. Well packaged.
