after initially receiving a poor quality water basin, where the paint was flaking off and the ornamental birds broke, Baytree read my review and offered to replace, which I have now received. I think there are still some quality issue with this company, but cannot fault their customer service.

Shocking service!! Ordered a wardrobe which arrived damaged. Waited 6 weeks for a replacement panel which also arrived damaged (though not as badly as the original).
This was our second bad experience after waiting 3 months last year for a picture to be replaced. Happy to take your money but not good at sorting out problems.
I definitely wouldn’t use them again!

I ordered a large mirror on the 29th of Jan 21 at a cost of £109. The estimated delivery was 3-5 working days and yet by the 15th of Feb 21, still no mirror.

I contacted Baytree customer services via email only to her a reply stating "unfortunately, as we've started processing your order, we have realised the item is out of stock until late Apr 21." Obviously I was not prepared to wait nearly 4 months for a mirror, I decided to cancel the order. I was also annoyed that it has taken 2 weeks for my order to be "processed" or customer services could not be bothered to contact me to let me know my order was out of stock.

I was then informed that my refund has been passed onto another department (probably that department being run from home by one person on a laptop who is also home schooling 3 children) abd I would get a refund within, yes that's correct 3-5 working days.

It is not the 4th of Mar 21 and still no refund! Which means I will now be phoning baytree today to get their act together and refund me my money so I can actually but a mirror from elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible company which I will never purchase from again.

The lights are lovely- however the fixings were not lined up on the wood effect plate so we had to drill additional holes to fix to the wall

I’ve never heard of Baytree Interiors before but a found a stone vase that I wanted as it was cheapest on Baytree. I preordered it as it wasn’t in stock and as soon as it was stocked (approx a week later) they emailed to confirm they’d be dispatching the vase.

It arrived today. It’s a very heavy vase but they’d wrapped and packed it very well. The vase itself is GORGEOUS. It’s similar to one I saw on Neptune but about half the price.
