Bbk is the worst parts company ive ever…

Bbk is the worst parts company ive ever dealt with i purchased a set of their shorty headers for my ram truck got them installed they sounded great for about 3 months then they pooped t the bed i went to get them replaced under warranty at my supplier but was going to be 6 to 8 weeks and advised me to go direct to bbk so i call them tgey ask me to semd pictures and videos so i do and they approve the warranty so the mail msn shows up and wants to charge me 86 dollars to pick them up customs chsrges on what was supposed to be free warranty replacement no tax however they marked it at bbk as merchandise (even though tim at bbk assured me they were clearly marked warranty but was a lie ) so i get the box home open it to find an u finished pourus sandblasted sey of headers with some of the worst welds ive ever seen and warped flanges so again i call them and at this point im pretty frustrated and tim tells me im going to call your supplier and get them to refund you and no warranty very brutsl customer service and even worse craftsmanship never buy bbk they are a joke

Excellent Service start to finish

Very helpful over phone. Delivery driver exceptionally helpful. Easily the best delivery driver we've ever dealt with, over many years. Please make sure he personally gets credit for his customer service.

Competent supplier

Good price, good communication, delivery service was on time and helpful. I have used Bbk 4 times and every time it has been 100%.

Worst CS ever

Promised to deliver by Christmas over call. Claimed that they reached to me for delivery while I have no missed calls and voicemail at the same day, and said this was their last delivery date of the year and need to deliver next year (but not the first business day!) I have already appointed my fitter before Christmas and they have no remedial actions at all!

4 Jan 2023: So we have received a message today it won’t be delivered today :) I asked my fitter to come and have to rearrange again and again!
OF COURSE, NO REMEDIAL ACTION AGAIN.

Dear Ms Yau,
We understand that it is disappointing that your order will not be delivered prior to Christmas, but please understand that you ordered a product (Minerva) that is made to order and not simply picked off the shelf.
Please note that at the time of processing your order the product was advertised with a lead time and banner stating ''Orders received after 30 Nov will be delivered in Jan 2023''. Your order was received on 01 Dec at 2:53pm.
We did advise you that stock would be due in w/c 12 Dec as this was the time frame given to us by the manufacturer; and in fact the stock did arrive on 15 Dec at which point we tried to contact you to book delivery for Friday 16 Dec. We are sorry to hear that you're unable to verify that we tried to contact you, but our call records do show calls made to your number without success at which point we emailed you to try and get in contact.
Unfortunately 16 Dec was the last day we could book delivery of these items to site.
We could not offer you any remedial action or alternative delivery methods on this occasion due to the nature of the products on order. We don't arrange delivery of Minerva products via external carrier due to the high risk of damage.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but can assure you that delivery has been scheduled for the first day of the logistics team return on 04 Jan.

Great experience

I was struggling to find the worktop I wanted at a good price but also a company that templated and fitted it too… BBK were extremely helpful and my experience with them from start to finish was second to none. Specifically I dealt with Lina Pakamorytė who was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me through every step of the process. Once I had decided on the worktop templating was arranged very quickly and and after that the delivery and installation was a very quick turn around… the customer service and overall service I cannot fault it, it was a very smooth transition from start to finish.
