Deceptive practises, zero accountability...

Purchased a vehicle from them with a clean report, car arrived with a major fault. Despite me notifying them on the day of the vehicles arrival I was informed repeatedly that there wasn't anything that they could do regarding the matter. I feel sorry for the poor customer services team kept being rebounded by the supplying branch (Bristol BTW) and still to this day, I still haven't had a call from Bristol despite many requests. They're simply avoiding direct communication with me. The most infuriating part of the whole process is that BCA tried to blame the vendor who I found out is in fact, WE BUY CAR, a fellow member of the Constellation conglomerate. They're the same company!! There has been no following of any kind of process which I didn't expect given the size of the Constellation group as a whole. It's just been a terrible experience and one that has so far cost me well over a thousand pounds. Not good enough and another reaffirmation of the backward nature of the Motor industry. What hope have we got when the largest player in the game cannot treat their customers right? The dealers get the bad wrap, the countless sanctions yet the big boy walks off with zero accountability. Times have to change, practises need to change and attitudes need to change.

Just experienced a shocking vehicle…

Just experienced a shocking vehicle inspection from these people. Turned up 20 mins late, and took over an hour to inspect my vehicle. These people clearly don't realise you've a family to feed at night!

Do not buy cars from these people

Do not buy cars from these people , its a massive scam ... all the reports are wrong , doesen`t matter if is essential or assured . AVOID AVOID AVOID . since COVID you can`t see cars in person anymore , so they scamming people online giving a essential check report that doesn`t match with the vehicle .

Don't trust this company they demanded…

Don't trust this company they demanded a large amount of money from me on a car I didn't bid on and I decided to just settle as they were threatening me with further charges if I didn't pay .
I will now be going to trading standards and seeking legal advise on the matter.

Useless!

The lease company employ the services of BCA for collection of vehicles at the end of their lease period. My wife’s car was due for collection on Thursday 21st November. During the run up to 21st November we received various emails & texts from BCA. The messages warned us of the various financial penalties should we not adhere to BCA’s terms & conditions. The 21st of November duly arrived & as the day progressed, it was starting to get late/dark. I rang BCA to confirm their driver was on his/her way. I was told that due to a technicality the driver wouldn’t be collecting the car that day. No apologies were offered about our waste of a complete day. The following day I had to phone them & was told there was no availability until the 26th November. Come the 26th November, we stayed in all day waiting for the driver to collect my wife’s car. At 4:15pm I received a call to say due to a technicality the driver wouldn’t be attending that day. The following day we received a phone call informing us the rescheduled collection day will be Friday 29th November. I’m not confident this useless bunch will turn up on Friday. They are totally useless. How they run a business is beyond me. When I read the reviews on Trustpilot, why am I surprised?

Customer service team

On 22nd November 2024, I contacted BCA's customer service team to seek further clarification regarding their processes and fees. During my first call, I had a delightful representative who promptly addressed my queries, providing a much clearer understanding of the matter at hand. However, after the call ended, I realised there was one question I had forgotten to ask.

I called back, and another representative, Janet, assisted me this time. Janet was exceptional - she delivered the most helpful, comprehensive, and knowledgeable customer service I've ever experienced. She not only explained their processes and fees clearly, outlining how they would apply to my account, but also provided invaluable guidance on specific aspects of the trade that will support my future purchases.

While this might seem like a bold suggestion, I genuinely believe Janet should be considred for a leadership role in training, coaching or mentoring her peers. Her expertise and approacch set an outstanding exmple for customer service excellence.

Recently started buying and selling…

Recently started buying and selling cars on the side, 5 out of 5 cars was faulty but all 5 cars i bought had bca reports no faults. Too much headache. 80% cars auctioned is faulty 20% is luck, it's like a gamble. If you target to buy without fault and make 300 to 500 how you gonna do that when 2 to 3 problems needs fixing.

Dishonest ‘Driver’

Dismal customer service, don’t expect much from this company. Seems they treat their customers and employees badly based on the reviews.

Driver caused damage to our property and then had the audacity to not admit to the damage. As he proceeded to drive away he then changed his mind and admitted to causing damage. Even after providing clear video footage of this BCA state he acted as per ‘company procedure’.

So lying is part of your company procedure?

BCA have no integrity whatsoever, in the meantime I am still sourcing a builder in the winter months to do the repair work he caused!

This company are the biggest fraudsters…

This company are the biggest fraudsters out there. Worked for them for eight days as a self employed driver, quickly gave up this job after finding out I was literally working for nothing and to add insult to injury the final pay I was supposed to get wasn't paid, despite many repeated attempts to get this all I get back are excuses. Two months now and they still haven't paid up.

Worst company ever to work for

BCA are the worst company to ever work for. I was a self-employed driver for a few weeks, and submitted receipts for fuel and travel expenses. I have been waiting since 30th September (4 weeks) to be refunded for the money I have spent whilst doing their work. I got told my travel receipt was out of date (purchased tickets the night before to save time) and I was not the allocated driver for the fuel. Then said the job was aborted when I drove it from one Hub to another 160 miles away. I got left stranded 146 miles from home, and had to pay for someone to being me back home as there was no public transport where I was. Ive still not been paid for that day either. I have quizzed them on 24 different occasions to get my money back and they keep stalling what they say, then say they have your drivers kit back then lie when you ask them about ut when you have emails to prove what was said. Going to Court to get all my money back. Will never ever recommend working for BCA to anyone. AVOID BCA LIKE THE PLAGUE

Be very careful with this company if you don't want to lose money!!!
I have been a BCA Spain customer for a long time, I have never had any problems. I decided to buy a car that the check list said that the gearbox made noise. When the car arrived, not only was the clutch broken, but just after leaving the vehicle parked for 5 minutes, a huge oil stain appeared. The mechanic obviously told me what he thought, the gearbox is completely broken and of course losing so much oil it was impossible not to know. Obviously I contacted BCA to report the damage (approximately €1,500 + VAT), and they replied (also very rude the second time) that if I work in automotive I have to imagine that a noise could represent a repair to be done. Of course if there is a noise something needs to be repaired, but a noise is one thing, a broken gearbox and massive oil leak is totally different! How is it possible that it is not mentioned that a car is completely full of oil and loses it by the liter? How is it possible that in all the other cars for sale there are photos below mentioning that there is oil leak but not in this one? In Spain this is called SCAM, here we buy to win, not to lose more than €2000 in repairs. I put a photo of how the car is. Think carefully before buying because if you want to earn something or have a serious company this is not the place, much better Ayvens or Openlane, first and last car that I buy here and above all, I hope to be able to present my case to all the sales and purchases with which job

NOT TO BE TRUSTED..

BCA own multiple companies, Cinch, Webuyanycar, Marshall group and many more. They sell their decent vehicles on their own sites and auction the dodgy ones with faults. Buying a vehicle from them is like a lotto drew most of the times you are going to lose.

Are scaming on day light,
Advertising faulty cars as roadworthy.
I couldn't even drive it away I had to book recovery.
Ones you buy.... that's it. Nothing you can do unless they are taken to the court.
They are rubbish. Stay away from them

What a shower

What a shower! Took the wrong V5 on my wife's car and then deregistered a different car. You call them and 6 people have passed the buck. Finally got through to Bedford and a very rude Carlo slammed the phone down on me. Phoned again and a second person cut me off. Why deal with this rude and inept company?

Don't go near as a driver contractor

Don't attempt to work as a "freelance contractor" you will basically be working for free. Things are not declared honestly at the first stage of discussion or in their training. You will work long hours for 1/2 minimum wage. Get a supermarket job and save yourself the hassle!

If that is what they expect from hardworking people, Looking for a flexible role, I dread to think what they do in their auctions. ???? Questionable ethics and they are bipassing the employee processes and regulations by making you self employed with no guarantee of jobs but legally if you only work for BCA they should face the same legal challenge as Uber did. It's not acceptable in this day and age to just fleece people that way!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BLACKBUSHE BCA, cars with hidden faults which are not disclosed on the ‘assured’ reports and when its raised, they don’t wanna know. Brought 7 cars and all 7 faulty. AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE CROOKS

bca logistics literally the WORST company i have EVER dealt with, my god they are so bad.

Drivers are RUDE and USELESS and NEVER turn up on time.

there is literally no point booking a date a time as all you do is waste your own time.
