I think this is a scam. Ordered a product early in Jan and never received it. Used a credit card and seller was funded by PayPal. Cannot seem to contact seller despite many attempts to e-mail. PayPal was little help. The e-mail they provided did not work. I am glad the purchase was not for more. I learned my lesson.

Just placed an order before coming here. Went through pay pal. Tried to stop a pending order but was unable. Hopefully pay pal will handle this for me. It came up with different name than who I ordered from. I believe it to be a scam.

BEAUTY SUPPLIERS is a SCAM Business. Do not go online to buy anything from this sight. It first shows an American name but then it pops up Vietnamese revealing the truth. We tried to buy a certain perfume that you could not find anywhere at the store except at this place. I did not get a receipt and when you attempt to email them, they never respond. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered.
Again: BEAUTY SUPPLIERS is a scam.

They should be removed after internet and PayPal should have to pay back every cent the day sent to these people they cosigned on them they should be responsible for it never received my product still wait would like to have a return they don't even deserve one star

Same as others, SCAM! Don’t order but if you get caught like I did, REPORT it! I spoke with PayPal. They will try to cancel, preventing this company from getting the funds but if they cannot, you need to file a claim and they will reverse the charge. This is the only way to get them off the internet (although they will likely just create another fraudulent “front” company.

They charge your credit card or PayPal account & never acknowledge. No receipt, acknowledgement OR DELIVERY! Claim to be out of Ohio BUT IS Vietnam! I lost $30+ & have no way of recovering. AVOID & REPORT any transactions with this SCAM. They need to be REMOVED from the internet!!!

SCAM! Takes your money. There are no actual products. You will receive nothing.

If I could put zero star, I would! This website is a scam. I ordered $26 worth of products including shipping... never received a receipt, acknowledgement, shipping/tracking info. Waited three weeks before I reported the transaction to PayPal. Thankfully, I used PayPal. Received my credit refund immediately. DO NOT ORDER from this site! The name of the seller is Nguyen Anh Phat .. he does his monkey business from Vietnam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is a fake website, fake products and as a scam. The site just takes your money under a fake PayPal transaction. Never got a confirmation. Never got order. DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS SITE.

I would have given them a zero if I could have. The site is a scam. I ordered some items and they never came. The site said that they are out of Ohio but the money was quickly deducted out of my account from Duongvohiep 402-935-7733 in Vietnam. An automated response asked me "How can I help you?" and then nothing. I emailed twice without a response. I have read other reviews and it is a scam.

This isn't a real business and you will never receive your product let alone speak to the "business owner" via their contact info. They use a fake phone number and two fake business addresses. Once you purchase a product you receive a fake tracking number.. Please help in reporting this business if you can.

Never received email confirmation of order. Card charged immediately. Seller contact shows in Vietnam. US location shows Ohio but with a Georgia phone number. The phone number goes to an answering machine that pretends to answer your call and then leaves you hanging. Total scam. Requested refund through PayPal.

Fake website!!! I ordered something without checking out the website, huge mistake. Once I place the order, I received an email from PayPal showing a different seller name and website. I never received any confirmation from the seller for the purchase. As soon as I saw the different name, I did some research and realized it was a scam out of Vietnam. They claim to be located in Ohio, but they are NOT. I contacted PayPal right away and they told me they could not cancel the charge because it was still showing as "Pending". I was told they would "flag" the charge and she would take care of it and let me know, of course, I haven't heard anything. PayPal claims to protect the "buyer" but that's a load of crap. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: PayPal came through and refunded my payment. I would suggest contacting them ASAP when you realize you've been scammed.

I ordered one parfum from Beauty Suppliers. I immediately became suspicious when the amount debited to my bank account was to Lam Manh Ha in Vietnam. The only contact phone number is a Vietnam phone number. I don't expect to and have been scammed for $22.67I emailed Mike Dauria to cancel my order but he did not respond. That was the email listed as well as the Vietnam contact.

Avoid Forever Young in Nassau Bahamas - Deceptive Sales Tactics and False Promises!
As someone who frequently travels and enjoys exploring local shops, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Forever Young during a cruise stop in the Bahamas in April 2024. I purchased a product called the Eneo Totale, which I was led to believe was a high-end skincare device with therapeutic benefits. The salesperson made grand promises about its effectiveness, claiming it could help with cancer, eczema, and various skin conditions. What did I end up with? A $3,500 red LED flashlight that does absolutely nothing.
I was initially hesitant to make such an expensive purchase, but I was assured of a 90-day full refund guarantee by their manager, Giovanni Yaron, and this was later confirmed via a WhatsApp conversation. This promise was a key factor in my decision to proceed. However, when I tried to return the product within the promised timeframe, the company conveniently denied my request, citing fine print on an illegible invoice that was only handed over after the sale was completed. To make matters worse, their website, which was supposed to register the product, didn’t even function.
Bait-and-switch tactics like this are unacceptable, especially when targeting tourists who might not be able to return to resolve the issue in person. This store clearly counts on the fact that cruise passengers will be long gone, making it difficult for them to hold the business accountable. And the so-called “warranty” they provide? Useless. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, and each time they’ve refused to honor the 90-day return policy they so confidently pitched to me.
For anyone visiting the Bahamas, especially cruise passengers who might be lured in by their high-pressure sales tactics – BEWARE. Their products are overpriced, their promises are empty, and the service is deceitful. If you're considering buying anything from Forever Young, save yourself the headache and walk away.
As a frequent traveler and consumer, I rely heavily on reviews, and I would hate for others to fall into the same trap I did. There are much better ways to spend your time and money while on vacation – don’t waste it here!
Do yourself a favor: AVOID Forever Young at all costs.
