I ordered two Clear Eyes 7 Symptom Relief Eyes Drops from Beauty Suppliers. I immediately became suspicious when the amount debited to my bank account was to Lam Manh Ha in Vietnam. The only contact phone number is a Vietnam phone number. I don't expect to receive the eye drops and have been scammed for $20.57. I emailed Mike Dauria to cancel my order but he did not respond. That was the email listed as well as the Vietnam contact.

Operations are a Scam 100%. The product they charged me for has been discontinued by the manufacturer and not available for purchase. Dispute has been reported.

Agree this is a scam. TOTALLY agree I should have looked here for reviews before placing an order. And huge thanks to all who wrote here of their experiences. I placed an order, apparently through PayPal’s “system” but not charged to them. I charged it to the cc I use. So the only receipt I received was from “PayPal”, had a transaction number that takes me back to the receipt, says I will see a name (Asian, I assume Vietnamese based on other website info) but no mention of the company and no receipt from them. And several days later I still have received nothing. FORTUNATELY there has been no charge to either my cc or PayPal (DON’T use the link the email provides. Do it separately) accounts. I will monitor them. So no harm so far.

100% fraud. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. As soon as I placed the order, I received an email notification from my c/c provider that I had made an "international" charge. WTH? It took me all of 2 minutes to see that the Ohio address on the "About Us" page was a complete lie. I reported the charge as fraud immediately. They'll not get any of my money.

Sadly i didn’t google the site before purchasing. I emailed beautysuppliers.org and then reached out to the PayPal source and still no response. So this evening I googled the site and found these reviews. I just disputed my charge with PayPal.

I am just writing to thank all the people who wrote this reviews. I almost placed an order. The price was too good to be true but I was too excited because this item is also discontinued. what save me is that I dont have PayPal and could not order. I called the number giving just to ask if there was any other method for payment. a man's voice answer and just said HELLO then went silence. then I saw the reviews and realized that everything the people are saying is true. thanks guys. reviews are very helpful and important. take care everyone.

This is a scam, 100% fraud, someone has to take legal action and close this site

I ordered a hair styling mousse on 8/3/24 that's been discontinued and hard to find on other websites. It was very inexpensive and not the regular price I have paid on other websites so I should have known it was a scam. Luckily, there was a limit on how many I could order and it was only three. First received an email from Paypal stating I had authorized a payment of $31.10 USD to TRAN QUANG HUY. The body of the email stated "This purchase will appear as a pending transaction until TRAN QUANG HUY processes your order. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account. Keep in mind, it may take a few moments for this transaction to appear. Thanks for using PayPal." The quantity of the product only showed as 1 so I emailed beautysuppliers.org email to question it. While I was doing that and before I hit send I received another email from Adam Hudson from the beautysuppliers.org email thanking me for my order and "It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received." Then my credit card was charged and I have not received any follow-up emails about shipping nor did anyone respond to my initial email. After finding these reviews I am learning it's a scam. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they'll take care of it. I hate this crap!

I ordered a product from beauty suppliers.org and paid for it and never received it! I have tried several times to contact them and no response whatsoever!

On July 9 2024 I ordered some “Fresh&Brite cleaning tablets for mouth guards, went through Pay Pal, have not received nor will anybody answer calls. As many others have mentioned a male voice answers but no response after that.

WELL....I FOUND AN ITEM I AM SEARCHING FOR ON THEIR WEBSITE QUITE CHEAP AND WANT TO ASK SOME QUESTIONS. I KEEP TYRING TO CALL THEIR NUMBER 706-468-3462, SOMEONE ANSWERS SIMPLY SAYING"HELLO" BUT WHEN I SAY THAT I'M CALLING FOR BEAUTYSUPPLIES.ORG THEY GO SILENT. IF THIS IS NOT A CLEAR SIGN OF THEM BEING FISHY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS? WASTE OF TIME!

Call the number, its a recording of "Hello" and then thats it.
Do not do any business with them whatsoever. IT IS A SCAM

So I was dumb enough to place an order from what I thought was a company for some discontinued body butter by Tree Hut. I should have known from the get go that it was a scam because it was only $5.00 plus s&h of $12 when I couldn't find it anywhere else online for less than $50. When I checked my bank account I saw that it had been debited literally the second I placed my order. Instead of seeing the name Beauty Suppliers, I saw this..LUONGTHITHU. I knew immediately I had been scammed and I contacted my bank to have my debit card canceled and I filed a dispute to get my money back. I then contacted PayPal to have the order canceled. I received an email less than an hour later from them telling me that my order was consistent with past orders using PayPal. That was maybe my second time using them to pay for something online so I'm not sure where they're getting that information from. Either way, I'm hoping that I'm successful with my bank in getting my money back but in the meantime, what is PayPal going to do about this? I'm obviously not going to get this order so I'm supposed to just let it go and hope my bank will put the money back in my account? How can they not be responsible for this when they're letting these people use their payment platform and they're stealing our money? I think we need to report PayPal to the BBB seeing that there's tons of people with the same problem and they won't do a thing about it. I know I'm going to report them. It probably won't do any good..but I'm doing it anyway. The date of my experience keeps changing on its own so I'm correcting it here..7/10/24.

Like everyone else here, learn from our mistakes...this company is a total scam! Luckily, I got my bank to credit my account the $20 I was out since I never received my order from this company but they are a total scam! Absolutely disgusting how they steal people's money. And though they list on their website that they are based in Ohio and have a customer service email and phone number, don't believe a word of it. They are reprehensible! If I could give negative stars and put them out of business, I would!
