DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!! Total scam!! Not sure why PayPal supports this!!

Got caught in a this scam company too! The price was good so placed an order but never got it. There's a phone number with the order but just like some others, when you call a man answers but doesn't say anything. Have tried to communicate with the company but they say they won't send product until amount is posted. Well is was posted weeks ago and still nothing. Don't fall for this disreputable company!!!

As the same as the other reviews I also did not receive my order. No response to my email and called the contact number and a man answers then says nothing. I guess I’ll contact PayPal tomorrow for a refund.

This business is a fraudulent operation.
The product I ordered never arrived. When I filed a dispute via PayPal, the business provided a FedEx tracking number as proof of delivery. While the tracking number was real, it was for someone else's shipment to the same zip code (PayPal considered the issue resolved, in the seller's favor and denied a refund). As online tracking does not reveal the precise street address, it is very hard to prove that this is a scam. Unsurprisingly, a bit of internet research showed that this "fake tracking scam" is common. Beautysuppliers.org is such a scam operation.

I placed an order but never got any email or confirmation of any kind other than an email saying I had authorized a payment to an individual person, not the company name. I tried contacting them through their website and via email but got no response. I called the number, and it’s a recording of a casual “Hello,” but there’s no live person you can speak to. I never got any product from them, and after PayPal issued a refund, they contacted PayPal to tell them my order has been delivered! This site is not legit.

There should be a negative value instead of being forced to giving one star THIS SITE IS A SCAM! They phished the item I was searching for and after I made the purchase I always look for email confirmation that never happened however PayPal sent a notification which had the name listed as Le Thanh Thuy that was a red flag I called the #listed on site 706-468-3462 a Man answers and says nothing just holds phone I immediately contact PayPal to dispute they issued a refund immediately?! That tells me they are aware of this site being a scam!!! They should not approve the purchase if they are aware of scam site!!

Most definitely a SCAM!! They do not respond to emails, text messages, answer phone and, most importantly, DO NOT SHIP!!
My fault as I should have checked them out on line.
Please do NOT send them any payment - instead just flush it down the drain, you’ll get a better response.
Can’t imagine PayPal going along with this outfit.

[Order #889376] (May 22, 2024) seems innocuous enough. When I called the company a man answered but then did not respond any further.

This was then followed by an e-mail from a different individual listed as
NGUYEN THANH PHONG

All seems rather unusual. I called my AMEX card and they are alerted to this strange activity.

Yes they’re a scam. Ordered True Leaf Subtly Sweet Peach Tea from them, paid, but never received. Their phone number gets u some young kid who hangs up on u and they don’t respond to inquiries to their posted email or contact thru their web page. I disputed the credit card charge and my bank is reversing the charge.

So glad I checked this website on Trust Pilot. Was placing order, but checked here first. Saved money, time and stress. Why does PayPal support them?

This company is just like what everyone else says, it’s a FRAUD!!! I was given a tracking number for an order that was not mine and a delivery confirmation picture of something on someone else’s porch. I can’t believe PayPal supports this kind of fraudulent activity! I tried calling the company and it’s the same voice says hello every time and never responds to anything else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The other reviews are accurate. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Ordered an item and received no confirmation or shipping information even though I requested it. Then it showed that I had received the item and the supporting photo was someone else's porch with an Amazon box on the porch. The order was not placed through Amazon. PAYPAL SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY.

This business is a scam. I purchased a hand mixer and immediately I knew it was a scam when I didn't receive a conformation invoice. I ordered it on March 19 and requested refund the same day before item was shipped but seller did not refund. Instead they sent a message saying it was Fed Exed on March 21 and delivered that same day and that it was the size of an envelope and weighed less than 1 lb. The hand mixer is larger than an envelope and weighs more than 2 lbs. They also sent it to a name and address that was not mine. Their address on their site is not a business, their phone number doesn't work and their email address belongs to someone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I placed an order3/14/24 haven’t heard a thing about my order. Charged my credit card. Every time I call a man answers then hags up! Notified bank law enforcement, BBB.

Same as the other reviewers. No updates after confirmation of a sale. 3 weeks later no shipping notice and now no response from the seller and getting unrecognized order number when I try to check status. Reported to my credit card company.
