lie about the matress we never received it, the company then lie to E Bay saying they try to deliver it so many times lies we got cctv and was home because we still working from home , STAY AWAY FROM THEM I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK

I purchased 2 mattresses from eBay the description was memory foam, when I received the mattress I noticed the spring were piping as I up wrapped it...The quality of the the mattress is very poor...just sitting down on the mattress u can feel the springs :( I emailed them and I received a quick response to say I should let the mattress air for 48 hrs....hmmmm seriously! I ask if I can have a refund and was told I have to pay for the courier £40 pounds that’s more then half Price of the bed.

I placed my order with them end of January I emailed them twice to see when my order was arriving, I just kept getting told that it was coming to them this week (told this on 2 separate weeks!) & they’ll call when it’s out for delivery. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery. I contacted PayPal about this & asked for a refund which I got the next day thankfully. The item I supposedly purchased wasn’t on the website when I went back to have a look at my order details

Ordered a bed in October, as the website stated delivery would be 8 weeks
Bed arrived in 6 weeks absolutely beautiful however there was a button missing from the headboard
Contacted beds direct via telephone and was asked to send a photo of proof via email, they responded to this immediately with an apology and got the factory to send a replacement button straight out

Can’t fault the quality of product or the customer services at all, very happy with my order!

What can I say but they scam you. Bought a mattress from them couple of weeks ago didn't receive one I asked for a substanded one which I could have got half the price.
The delivery man knocked on door and he'd left it there and run off before I could check it.
you cannot get them on phone or email link.

Paid £980 for a £1500 mattress then found a load of negative reviews on here and panicked. It was all for nothing tho, the mattress come in two weeks & the delivery drivers helped bring it up 4 floors. I give it 4* stars because the customer service Ajaz is a bit blunt with his responses. Got a bargain tho! so it was worth it.

I waited for 10 weeks and they want me to wait for more weeks. They are not aware when the stock is going to come but have taken the money in the month of April 1st week. The good thing is they have a reason to say- COVID19. While collecting the money they never said about these delays and all these excuses come when delivering the product.

So happy with the beds. Nice colour easy to put together, only down side you need put near a wall as the back is open, apart from that we all love it

I was positively surprised. I found the bed for over £100 less than the same bed on other websites so was a bit sceptical if it was gonna arrive at all. It did arrive within time scale, it was missing a few screws (manufacturer’s fault really) but at the same time had loads of other spare screws. It is sturdy and beautifully made. I went for a quilted (I’m sure that’s not the correct word) headboard and it’s been done to a great standard.
The only two faults I can name is the website looks rather budget (and the order tracking didn’t work for me) and also the gentleman who runs the company really needs to step up his customer service skills as was rather rude and abrupt to me over the phone.
But overall, bed is great quality and at an amazing price so would definitely recommend.

Ordered an Ottoman divan base and headboard. Very pleased! Emails answered promptly - didn’t have any cause to call.

True, delivery took a little longer than expected (5 weeks) as item showed ‘In Stock’ but given the Covid saga forgivable!

Arrived today, really well packaged/ protected. Delivery team good but only dropped at threshold - again, Covid I guess. Just assembled it and really happy so far with quality - guess time will tell but so far so good. Will definitely use again. Overall, very positive experience

I ordered online and they checked that my order was in stock before I purchased. My order was to take a week to be delivered and it did arrive on time . A good quality bed for the cost and no pieces missing. I would recommend them .

I ordered online and my order was accepted, payment taken and a confirmation email received. The next day, I received another confirmation email. However, later the same day, I received another email to say it was out of stock. Not happy! Beds Direct, please make sure your website is up to date with what is in stock.

Fantastic Service with very prompt deliveries & very good value for money products suppied. I bought a kingsize bed mattress & headboard that was delivered in 498hrs of purchase during the COVID19 scenario.

Great value for money products, delivered fast, could n't have asked for more after being let down on delvery by another supplier, Beds Direct Uk saved the day for us.
