We bought a bed from this company a few years ago and were so happy with our purchase that when we needed one for my son’s room we immediately rang them and did not bother to look anywhere else. The quality of the beds are excellent and far better than any you will find in the big bed companies for triple the price. I spoke to the company yesterday morning enquiring as to how quick they could get me a bed. I needed it ASAP. The lady advised me that she would make sure that it was made (they make to order) and ready for us to collect at 4pm the same day. True to her word, it was ready and waiting for us. It looks fantastic and my son said he slept really well on it.
I had already recommended this company to many people after my first purchase and will continue to do so. Thank you so much.

I used the website to buy a double divan with headboard. The prices are very competitive so I was suspicious however I have received the bed today and the quality is fantastic! Had a couple of issues with the website which were no ones fault but the company were very quick and responsive. They called me twice to update me on the status of the bed delivery too and it was actually delivered early.
10/10 would recommend! Thanks!

I had a kingsize bed base and headboard delivered yesterday... Wow all I can say is I'm over the moon. Good quality. Delivery was as stated, and the delivery guy was very helpful.

From start to finish , the service was impeccable. I placed the order and forgot To check the box for a preorganised discount. They immediately told me that I had done this and would refund the discount to my account. I asked if it could be delivered early.They did their utmost to make sure I received it on time. It was, it
arrived earlier than the stated time even delivered by the bosses themselves. The bed was better than I saw on the web as assured fter being described on the phone I was and still am
so impressed when it arrived by
the quality. After assembling the bed I had a problem. I telephoned the company.They arranged a video call with a technician. He couldn't understand why it was not working.They then sent a technician to my home to rectify the problem (at no cost). My embarrassment was it was me but I was met with a smile. .Don't worry and a handshake. I cannot stress how impressed I am by this company. I wish ordering online was as simple and effective as this purchase was.

Bought a bed from BedsDivans online. They failed to deliver within 7 days as promised. The man who was supposed to help me with delivery arrangement was very unprofessional and rude. I ended up canceling the purchase.

The bed is really good quality and at a great price. I received exactly what I ordered. In addition, the team was great at helping me have the bed delivered on my selected day. Ordered monday and delivered Saturday! Very good service

Terrible company. I opened a case on ebay and they contacted me and lied saying an issue would be issued if I closed the case and left them a review. They lied and said the goods were delivered when it was not. Do not order from this company

I wasn’t provided with any delivery information until I chased it up myself at which point I was told I would be contacted 24hrs before delivery. They said they would send text confirmation and never did. Lack of communication.
Nice cheap bed though.

What a fabulous company for keeping me updated with my new bed... brilliant service from start to Finnish...the bed is great quality and very comfortable for my back .. would recommend anyone to buy from this company...

Bed delivered on 15 Jun 24. Should have been delivered 5-12 Jun 24. However, although delivery not as stated, absolutely delighted with the bed. Good quality for an excellent price. Delivery driver polite and helpful. Definitely buy again and recommend to others, but company maybe address delivery times on advert of bed

The bed is good, my daughter is very happy.
But feet and clips where missing, so check prior letting the delivery driver leave.
Luckly the driver was really nice and came back to drop of some extras. Found out early enough before the driver was too far away.
