The company called twice and requested me to change the trust pilot review from 1 star to 5 star for compensation because of their mistake for 3 weeks late delivery but even that they do not keep their word and make out to be its not their fault when i recieved the product in just under 4 weeks. Now their trying to turn it around on me that its my fault, somehow. Not surprised at all. If you have any doubt ask to listen to their telephone conversation with me which will clear this up as this was meant to be recorded conversation from the 4th May 2024. They dont care about their customers and theyll do or say anything for their benefit. Wont use them again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a bed and headboard a few years ago... We lost the bolts when moving house and they sent replacements for free. The ones they sent were the wrong size (my fault for not explaining) and they sent the right ones for free again! Thanks!

Great service - However, I was promised a 5% refund on delivery, but it was never received.

Seemed like it would take a couple weeks to deliver but actually came within a week. Great service!

This bed is better was better what I expected it looks fantastic easy to put together the description was correct arrived on time and going to order another for second bedroom well impressed.

Quick delivery and good price. No instruction leaflet and spent a long time trying to find out where the U pieces went to join bed. You Tube were good but couldn’t find the splits down the side so didn’t bother, assumed weight of mattress would keep it ok. The feet were difficult for 3 but the handyman found pieces of wood inside the hole and managed to remove them

If I could give minus I would. Avoid at all costs. They made no contact for over a week even after I chased twice then got a blunt email advising delivery tomorrow 4-7pm. Arrived at 11.30am with nobody home and left the bed outside in the rain on my drive for all to see and take.
Offered me a refund but advised me that in order to process this I had to give positive feedback first on eBay as the ‘system wouldn’t let them move forward’. Stupidly I fell for this. Do not do the same. You will never see your money again. If my experience helps one person I’ll be happy.in response to your claims, the side of my house that is open to all that walk past is not a safe delivery space. The packaging was clearly not rain proof as it was ripped. None of your comments account for the missing screws and bedside drawer. You gave a 3 hour delivery window less than 24hours before it was due and then turned up almost 4 hours early. If you offer a delivery window and turn up early you cannot that early how on earth do you think you can charge £72 for another delivery when the customer has been trying to get a delivery date from you for almost a week with no luck because your communication is so poor. Your claim that if traffic is better than expected that may effect delivery is utter rubbish, if this is the case give a bigger window eg 7am - 7pm. You didn’t add tracking details until after I made my complaint to eBay either, making it impossible for me to know where the delivery was at any point. Just for reference eBay have all the messages I sent too and also the photos of the ‘weather proof packaging’ and the so called ‘safe place’ where the items were left.

Cannot fault the service driver and passenger were brilliant polite helpful. The bed is lovely great quality came well wrapped, and free headboard 10/10
Highly Recommended also came a week early

Brought a 4 ft 6 crushed pink velvet divan with 2 drawers for my daughters bedroom. Great price great bed mattress is comfy. She's made up. Will use again when our bed needs an upgrade

Bought a double bed, 2 drawers, velvet headboard (no mattress) and over the moon with it! Easy to assemble and looks fab! Brilliant and very reasonably priced. Will definitely buy from this company again!

I purchased a bed on 19th April via the companies Ebay selling page. The order was for a bed with foot end drawers and a mattress.

Received an update via Ebay messages over the course of the weekedn to say the company had despatched the bed however there was no tracking information therefore I contacted the company and was told they would confirm shipping once they had a date.

Received a message again via Ebay messages on 22nd April saying that I would receive my order between 1pm and 3pm that day. Slightly inconvenienced as the seller had only said the day previously that deliveries take up to five days. I managed to ensure that there would be someone home to receive the delivery between those times given.

On the 23rd April I received a call from a delivery driver at 11am saying that he would be at my address within 20 minutes with the bed. Some hours before the original time frame I was given. Once the driver came it became apparent that the bed was incomplete and missing the vital part, the mattress. Delivery was refused on that basis having been told by the driver the mattress hadn't been ordered and then later that it would come the next day. He was shown the order on ebay which clearly showed what I had paid for. However he insisted that the order was being left regardless. It then became a ridiculous scenario of "I'll leave it anyway". In the end after much ado I managed to speak to a member of the logistics team. Who proceeded to laugh as she found the "situation funny". End result was this member of staff telling the delivery driver to take the bed back and that I would be issued a refund accordingly. Nearly 4 hours pass and still no reply to any messages or a refund issued so I spoke to eBay who opened a case on my behalf. The company did not acknowledge the open eBay case.
I have doorbell footage, security camera footage, video recordings on my phone and a recording of the conversation with the member of staff (who I have details of) I'm more than willing to put these in the public domain to show how abismal this company are from the delivery team, the logistics team and indeed the team who deal with their eBay sales.

Luckily a local company were able to deliver a higher quality bed later today, complete with mattress. They held the goods and constantly refused to adhere to selling acts and consumer rights laws and refund me.

My recommendation to others would be to avoid this company both online and via eBay unless you're expecting to pay for a horrendous experience.

Update 2 days later. After repeated messages to the seller via the Ebay case that was open and them not responding I found two numbers online for the company and called them. I was pressurised into closing my case by managers from this company who repeatedly said that they cannot refund me due to a case being open via Ebay.

I felt pressurised and intimidated by this company who repeatedly lied to me. Their tracking showed that I had signed for this delivery despite there being clear video evidence to prove that this was not the case. I also have a telephone recording with the manager who admitted that the bed was returned to them. I subsequently reported them to the police and trading standards due to the harassment and refusal to refund me.

Edit- 26/04/24 Seller still hadn't responded to the open Ebay case however they have found themselves able to call me from a private number to discuss what happened the previous day where I was intimidated, bullied and harassed by a manager from this company. The outcome that they have said is that eBay will close the case and find in my favour. I was also asked to complete feedback for them "so that they can learn from this". All calls are recorded so I will be requesting a copy of that call under GDPR legislation

Edit-- I have been refunded however this was after being told by a manager at the company that he wouldn't issue a refund and when told that we would go through the courts we're then told "do it, 99% of the time we win anyway". This call was recorded and whilst on the phone to him we were also on the phone to Ebay who also heard this and was shocked.

Truly abismal customer service. The company could of rectified this whole matter within hours of the original delivery of the bed instead of escalating to the point where they contacted Ebay to say I had signed for the bed when footage of my home clearly show him signing the delivery note himself.

I have since received my money back and the company keep reporting my reviews online as being factually incorrect. Each time I provide proof to show what I am saying to be fact. They have also privately emailed me to say that they have had my reviews taken down.

I'm genuinely appalled at the behaviour of this company.

My purchased arrived on time, however I had ordered the wrong size (my mistake) The company replied immediately to my email, sorted the right size of bed base for me, delivered the new bed base, took the first bed base back and refunded my money all within days. I was very impressed and l really like the bed

Bought from ebay a double sized divan with two storage draws, headboard and mattress included. Superb quality at a pretty unbeatable price, was super pleased with the purchase end the delivery. Also the courier was a really friendly guy who helped us manoeuvre the boxes into our small bedroom. Thanks
