Belleze Avis 

The color of items on website was completely different when I received the item. On website the color of fabric was vibrant (appeared to be white with blue print) and the fabric of item I received was a dingy off white with a green print. I connect with customer service and they stated at times color may not be exactly the same as it appears on website.
Company did not offer to offset a portion of shipping cost, paid over $300 to return chairs.

Called me telling me that you couldn't ship yet you showed ready to ship. Eventually cancelled my order.
I ordered same exact Belleze cabinet from Amazon for $40 more, no explanation why they could send it and you could not.

On Amazon, Belleze states 100% satisfaction or your money back. It also says "eligilbe for return". When I received my baby blue accent chair that was supposed to be teal (according to Belleze), I found out that yes, it is returnable, but I had to pay to ship it back! Shipping would cost $245 for a $190 chair! Are you kidding??? Why don't you state that in your description on Amazon? Sounds like you don't want the consumer to know!~ And you should really have someone take a better look at the color blue and teal. Two different colors! Now I have a blue chair I can't do anything with! Lousy advertising.....deceptive descriptions. Don't buy Belleze.

Received damages product straight out of the box. I contacted customer service for a replacement. They asked for pictures which I sent. It’s been a couple weeks now and they have not yet responded. I emailed again and received no response. I am stuck with a broken tv stand and out a few hundred dollars.

Very quick delivery. I like the quality and look of the chairs but some of the pilot holes were off quite a bit which made it difficult to assemble. Overall I am pleases with the purchase. The chairs appear to be very sturdy.

Amazing furniture and quality! Wish I found it earlier

Good bed frame. Only complaint is the return process. We had to pay for return shipping which ended up being $150. Its understandable, but competitors offer free return shipping. I'd recommended going with one of them just in case you want to return it.

The hall tree is absolutely beautiful. You shipped it fast, but FedEx delayed shipment for 5 days. By the time I received it, the box was in really bad shape but it was packaged well and survived shipping. The directions were good and even extra parts included. I will definitely purchase from you again.
