Great purchase, even better customer service!!
The fireplace I purchased has been the best new addition to my living room. Not only does it have an extremely modern look, but it also is very great quality and provides a lot of warmth to my living room area.
Not only was the product very easy to put together it is also very easy to use and wipe down when needed. I had one issue with putting the product together and the customer service team was not only very easy to reach but extremely helpful in fixing my issue. 100/10 would recommend this product!!!!!

Excellent Product and Service
We purchased a TV stand with fireplace. We are incredibly happy with the quality and ease of assembly. We got an error code on the fireplace E3. I called customer service and in less than 2 hours they committed to sending a new fireplace insert, no charge. We are very happy and will buy again as the need arises.

I looked a long time before I purchased the Belleze TV fireplace from Amazon. The reviews were very good and the description of the product was very detailed. I was very pleased with how well it went together, and very impressed with the how elegant it looks. The fireplace had a clunking noise and I called and they sent me a new one. Would highly recommend this purchase. Love it!,

The tv stand fireplace did not work
The tv stand fireplace did not work. It took a while of asking me repeatedly for a video and pics after I sent a video and pics over and over. After the 3rd or 4th time of the customer service department emailing me to send again I was done. I wanted my money back and after offering a partial refund and me declining they refunded the whole amount. In the end I was satisfied. It was very frustrating but after 2-3 weeks I was satisfied. The electrical issues have me too nervous to ever use the fireplace

A good value with fast shipping
Very fast shipping. The item arrived in 2 days. It came in 2 separate boxes and both were packaged very well. I had some questions and the customer service team handled them well and quickly. I would do business with them again! The item is sturdy and worth the price.

The instructions were great, better than other furniture pieces I have put together. You need to go slow and follow the instructions/drawings/pictures. There are no missing parts, and extras were supplied just in case.

Extremely poor customer service.
I received Valencia Accent Chair per order #B1238, with a finger size hole on side of the chair. I contacted Belleze over email, and they offered to partial refund on this order, but I declined and requested to replace the chair. To my surprise I didn't receive any response even after sending 2 reminders.
Update: I received the response and they replaced the chair. The chair look great.

I had ordered a bench of Belleze brand from eBay. We loved it so much that I ordered a second from Belleze. The benches were both nice heavy weight benches. Shipping was great! Overall, a great experience shopping with Belleze!!!!

Impressive customer service
I was impressed when there was a problem with my order...color I chose was no longer available. I received a very nice phone call and when I wasn't able to decide right away I was given a number to call back and was able to do that and reach someone to help me. I didn't have to go through the quagmire of messages and call back.
On top of that the furniture is wonderful! Exactly what I needed!
