My husband got me the Belleze Traditional 58" Rustic TV stand with 23" Electric Fireplace. First off, it's gorgeous! Unfortunately, the electric fireplace unit did malfunction and wouldn't heat. I contacted customer service and they were great! The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I sent in a few photos showing the issue and that was it. My fireplace unit needed replacing and the shipping on that was so quick. I am so happy with the product and the customer service experience!

I ordered the Belleze 58 inch white entertainment center with the 23 inch electric fireplace from Amazon. Shipping was fast! I received it two days later. All parts were securely packaged with no damage from shipping. This is a beautiful piece of furniture with a realistic looking fireplace that gives out great heat. I like that the top piece is wood grain. It contrasts well with the white wood. I was pleased that the storage shelves held all my DVDs. The remote for the fireplace works well. Highly recommend this entertainment center. Great product and responsive customer service!

I purchased the tv stand as a gift for my daughter and her family for their new home. It was even nicer than expected, especially for the price. it was easy to put together. I loved the style and the color. it comes in a variety of colors. They chose the brown, which has a very neutral look. Perfect for their home. Looks very stylish plenty of room for other electronic equipment you have. We had a little problem with a part being delivered damaged. I called the company and they were quick to resolve the issue. They didn’t have the part that was needed and sent a brand new TV stand. This is a company that stands behind their product 100%. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. We are all very happy.

Ordered a Belleze fireplace from Amazon. We recieved the product very quickly and noticed there was an issue with one of the parts. The Customer service was understanding, helpful and quick to fix the situation! We love our fireplace and think it is very worth the price.

These chairs are to die for. The picture does it absolutely no justice at all. The attention to detail is so perfect and the stitching is amazing.

The company sent the chair in the time stated no issues. Chair is beautiful as pictured. It’s more cream colored as opposed to true white. I knew this already as I purchased the chair previously through BB&B and wanted that color. Love it. Firm cushion.

The product came without instructions I had to look them up online to build it. Took about 2 hours to put together. Wish I knew it needed a drill to put it together before I bought it.

Perfect cabinet but the heated did not work. I called and spoke to a very nice man who assured me a replacement within the week! True to his word a new unit arrived a works perfectly! Very pleased with everything!

Great piece of furniture. Very happy with the company. This is my second unit from them. I also have a standup bar cabinet that I love. Took less than two hours to put together and I’ve gotten many compliments. There was also a price decrease within 24 hours of when I bought the unit and they adjusted the price for me. Highly recommend!

I received the Belleze tv stand/fireplace as a birthday gift. It is made of high quality material. It was discovered that the fireplace element was damaged. Customer service was amazing and we had the replacement in 3 days! We LOVE this piece! Heats up quickly and the flame is very realistic! Highly recommend!!!

Affordable good quality cat house and easy for two people to assemble. I will remove small hinges and attach a long hinge rather than two short ones for stability and durability of roof hinge. I recommend including only a long hinge in the pak, and not two short ones.
