Customer service was very helpful. Had a little issue with some parts missing but got in contact with customer service fast and they sent the replacement parts fast.

The fireplace heater on my new tv stand did not work. Customer service tried for a month to ship me a replacement. They were unsuccessful in finding a replacement part so I returned the stand. The tv stand however is well built from engineered wood and looks very nice.

My unit came with the heater not working . Contacted customer service . They were quickly sent in sending new unit. Very satisfied.

Bed was purchased m, arrived box all beat up not sure if all parts are here because it came with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. I go online to see if they are there, they have a link to click once you click it, it says I have to wait till access is granted for the assembly instructions!!! Which is ridiculous. I have a bed that I can no assemble on my only day off for my child. This was her Christmas gift. Her room has already been cleared because we thought we were going to be able to get this bed up quickly. We were so wrong!!

I ordered a tv stand with electric fireplace from Belleze. I love it! It is well made and beautiful. When there was an small issue with the fireplace heater and I needed help I was able to get a live operator right away. The operator spoke clear English, so no issues with communication. She was very helpful and solved the problem. They stand behind their products and offer excellent customer service. I would definitely order from them again. And recommend their products.

Belleze has a lot of really nice looking stylish products that I was drawn to. I bought a tv stand with fireplace insert that was made of quality materials with good instructions for setup. I had a small issue with the digital fireplace insert, but customer service made it right in record time!

I just recieved my Belleze fireplace TV stand. Dark Walnut. Started putting it together and half way thru noticed one of the pieces was cracked. Called customer service right then and they took care of my issue. Very impressed. Was able to get it together enough to use fireplace and get a good idea of how it will look when totally together. Gonna LOVE IT!

Our Belleze heater was delivered with a shattered door. The customer service representative addressed this issue and immediately replaced it with a new one, along with keeping the broken one. The customer service was absolutely excellent, and the heater is beautiful and works fantastic!

Ordered an fireplace entertainment stand that I originally found on a different site at a much higher price. Belleze shipped quickly, it arrived in 2 boxes. It was a lot of pieces, but instructions were all pretty clear, all pieces were sturdy and good quality. I did struggle with the drawers, but always struggle with the drawers. I absolutely love the piece, it's gorgeous, looks way more expensive than it was and enhances my space way more than expected.
