I bought the blue Makonde shoes ages ago, they are very comfy, I can walk miles in them!

I had ordered a coat from bellfield directly and the coat wore out way too fast. It was a parka, black, but ended up turning into a faded black after months of wear. Great clothing line, would recommend to anyone if quality control was better.

Item was faulty and sent back for a refund. This was refused on the basis they said the item was worn. It had not been as the fault was apparent when the item was opened. I also requested that my details be removed from their system which obviously they have not given the contact i have now received which is in contravention of the Data Protection Act. Avoid this company!

Bought same £110 jacket 2x - first ripped within 2 weeks. Ordered replacement as assumed was my fault. Replacement arrived with a rip in mirror location so had to return. No offer of goodwill other than refunding the £2.80 postage I paid for return... won't be using Bellfield again.

I first started purchasing Bellfield clothing back in 2012/13. At this time a small was for a person diminutive in stature, myself being 5ft 6" and with a chest size of 36 (i.e. 36 Short suit size). Since this time the small sizes have definitely increased and I can no longer wear Bellfield t.shirts / shirts. It's a shame as I like a lot of the designs. Unfortunately Bellfield will have to be listed as one of the numerous labels who do not cater for genuinely small men.

Quality products that are unique.

I've purchased coats, jumpers, t-shirts, boots, shirts etc from Bellfield. I love their different styles and the quality is superb for the price. Couldn't recommend this company more!

Bought a blue suede jacket (twice) - ripped in the same area, twice. Contacted Bellfield - both times who seemed to think it was as a result of how I was wearing it...
Such a shame. Avoid.

It could be made clearer that some items can't be returned before purchase. I bought a coat on sale that I wasn't really happy with when I received it but had to hang on to it when it became clear that I couldn't return it - a fact that only became apparent when I tried to return the item.

I tried to buy in your website 3 times from 3 different bank accounts. All of them are from UK. Your website took the money from my bank account all the times. The day after of each purchase I received an email informing about you didn't be able to take the money from the bank account (That's something completely wrong due to I can see you took the money from my bank account). Two days later I saw the money back to my bank account. Due to these facts I lost the jackets and the offers I wanted to buy. It's very dissapointed situation for a customer. In my opinion you should keep the offers which the customer were interested to buy due to it's a fault from your side and not from the customer.

Honestly, I look forward your answer and some kind of solution.

Bought the duster jacket from Bellfield and would recommend the product to anyone. Beautiful smart/casual and finished to an excellent standard. Would have no qualms ordering from them again

I have some Bellfield t shirts which are my favourites, and really wanted to replace the tired ones! I bought these from a store in UK, when I was on holiday there.
Unfortunately when I tried to buy online, I couldn't find any of the ones that I had bought from the shop, and the others that I liked had very limited sizes - not including mine (14).
I think they have lovely products, but need to make them more accessible.

Excellent customer service products and garments of a great quality.
