Beware, this company is a joke, don't use.
Bought mosaic tile advertised as Colonial Glossy White Porcelain Mosaic 1x1, with stated size 12.875 x 11.75 size, but in fact this is just Merola Metro 1x1 tile sold at a premium. Horrible customer service, impossible to get through. When you finally do, there is a lady with children crying in the background, probably working from her kitchen.. Clicking on Orders and Returns takes you to non-existing page.

BelTile is a small, independent business, and one of the benefits of working with us is that customers communicate directly with real members of our team rather than an outsourced call center or automated phone system.
We are, admittedly, guilty of employing actual humans, and occasionally real life may be heard in the background. We believe most customers prefer that to navigating a maze of recorded messages.

Marble baseboard a perfect match
I was looking for a difficult to get marble stone baseboard, which your company had and no others had. I spoke with Diane on the phone and via email several times, and she was always very helpful. I ordered a sample it was beautiful, and followed up with my order. My marble baseboard arrived and was a perfect color match from the sample I had pre-ordered. I had to have multiple shipments sent
I had to have multiple shipments sent. Every shipment was extremely damaged. It seems like they cut corners on packaging and using the cheapest carrier. The tiles were average quality. I should have used someone else.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee samples will match existing tiles. The 1inch sample that was ordered will not match that size unfortunately.

I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!

They had tile that I could not find anywhere else and they shipped it to my door! There was a slight hiccup but they corrected it immediately without any problems. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent Tiles from Tunisia.
Really fast turn around and shipping for custom tiles. Tiles are always well packed and after five orders I have only had 2 tiles arrive broken.
