Surprisingly I thought ordering direct from the source was the best way to go, but that was far from the truth. Ordered their latest model QuickJack 6000XLT from Kat Ladosky over the phone. She seemed nice but was not responsive when I had issues with the order and wanted a return/refund. The items delivered were damaged and the 2 boxes were busted open. Called Kat several times leaving messages and emails with no response? After the 5th phone call, Kat said they will schedule for FEDEX to come pick it up. That didn't happen till 2 weeks after that phone conversation and had to deal with the 3 big boxes taking up much space in my garage. Really convenient.

After Bendpack received the items, they still did not refund the money back to my card. Had to call my credit card company to get the funds back. Pretty damn unethical and irresponsible with their service and way of doing business. Will never order from this company again. Wasted a lot of time and effort to get this item returned with much frustrations. Don't bother buying from this company.

Fast shipping, excellent service. Had a small leak in the hydraulic ram and they promptly sent another one. The lift works flawlessly. I plan on building a bigger shop and all my lifts will be BendPak. Great lift......great company!

Great company. hard to get through on the phone sometimes. customer oriented. jBendpak wants to make sure customer is satisfied even when the installer is the problem. I know this because i have gone after other installers and fixed their mistakes. Or when the installer gives up. In the immortal words of Winston Churchill Never Never Never give up.

Great customer service. Product excellent. Set up directions are poorly written but can be figured out. This is my only area for improvement. The assembly directions do not match many of the components and the drawings are not clear. After you build the first one...easy to do another.

I have been trying to get in touch with you people for 2 1/2 days with no response. I purchased a lift and the certified BendPak installer said there was a bad pump. it wouldn't lift up even with or without a viehicle on it. My ticket #31767 was issued. If I don't hear baack today I will send the damn thing back and look someplace else. I will be needing a total of 6 or 7 lifts so someone would like my business.

Easy to order on line and yet always available by phone or chat if you have questions.

It would take too long to actually describe how many things have gone wrong with this company, the delivery, technical service, and parts delivery. Very disorganized from the top to the bottom. I have had a car stuck on this brand new, expensive piece of chinese junk for weeks.

It’s everything I wanted in a home lift. Dependable, impressive and totally functional.

Excellent and informative personnel. Helped me make the right choice of lift. The lift is very well made and performs flawlessly! I should have purchased it many years ago.

They were very receptive once I called to check my status, but they did not respond to my initial email. I had to call to get the ball moving. Once I was in contact with the correct people the issue was resolved quickly and painlessly.

Great product at a good price. Self assembled, instructions could be a little better but their not terrible, just follow them CLOSELY. I got the cables on the wrong pulley and had to redo. Sales and shipping people were pretty good to work with, just don't expect an Amazon process, you actually have to talk with people and follow up with them.

It is truly an awesome product. A friend of mine at Cole's classics recommended I buy your lift. I was all set to buy a different one, and I'm so glad I didn't. Yours supports my truck which is a 4-door long bed Ford F250. I also like the pneumatic lock system instead of the lever type that I was used to for my last one. As of this writing I've had it for at least a month. I have absolutely no complaints it is perfect

Product is fine - just fine.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Ther website and information disclosure about what you are buying is terrible. READ CAREFULLY.
