My experience with this product has been very disappointing. The quality is far below what I expected, and I don't feel that it matches what was advertised or the price paid. On top of that, the customer service has been terrible, especially when it came to trying to resolve the issue.

Despite the poor quality of the product, they refused to accept the return, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected a better-quality product and, above all, customer service that would be willing to provide a solution when the product does not meet expectations.

Overall, I do not recommend this product or the shopping experience. They seriously need to improve both the quality of their products and their return policy and customer service.

I really liked that the currency changed when I selected my country before the checkout. I also liked the payment options and that you can track the order with shop.

Great hat with many features: adjustable circumference, hole for a ponytail, neck cape, detachable mask, very wide brim, black under-brim, and an adjustable loop to secure the hat. I really hope it lasts, it seems well made, but time will tell.

Shipping took a long time, but I love the items I purchased. They are high quality and I love the sun protection. Where I live we have ticks and so I wanted light colored pants to wear outside. These are perfect (and fashionable).

Very disappointing customer service experience. My order took much longer to ship than expected, so I contacted customer service to request a return. They offered me either a $10 code for a future purchase or an exchange. I originally chose the exchange, but then I was told I could not use the discount code I had originally used on my order, so I decided to return the item instead.

After that, I was told I had to wait about two weeks because they were moving warehouses. I specifically asked them to send the return label as soon as possible because I was worried about the return window. Now they are telling me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself.

I understand that their policy says customers may be responsible for return shipping, but the way this situation was handled was extremely frustrating. The delays and complications were not caused by me, yet I am the one expected to deal with the extra cost. End up they dont even reply my email anymore

The customer service experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on how my return has been handled.

The stitching quality is very poor. The stitching around the headband is uneven and goes up and down, which makes the hat look poorly made and unattractive. I’m very disappointed with the quality.

Love the product. Received my product within 2 weeks. I loved the sunglasses so much and how compact it is and I love the shape as I have a wide head and it fit perfectly! I bought another one just in case they stop selling this one.

I just wish you had the enormous white sun hat but it’s no longer on the website. Do you have another one I could buy? Someone stole mine at the pool today!!!

I requested for a return immediately after receiving a pair of pants which is too large for me. Except for the initial email asking me to choose from exchange or accepting a credit with keeping item. Got no further response. Awful shopping experience

This company is cheap and not responding to my request to return their item. They are horrible.

Shopping experience was great. I especially love the feedback from other customers on the item’s page. And there was coupon attached automatically surprised me! Only one thing I’m disappointed is that the USD rate to NTD was so much higher than the bank announced.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS, AND THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE DO NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT THEY SENT. THE PACKAGING WAS POORLY DONE. THEY PROMISED TO SHIP WITHIN 6-8 DAYS, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER UNTIL 11 DAYS LATER. THEY CLAIM TO BE BASED IN HONG KONG, BUT THEIR ACTUAL LOCATION IS IN CHINA. THEIR OFFER OF $5 VOUCHERS FOR FUTURE PURCHASES IS INSULTING. I STRONGLY WARN EVERYONE AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The product was easy to buy and the online process was easy. My friend has a pair and i wanted to buy the same of the folding sunglasses. This model was most similar. So far I like them. They are light weight, comfortable and look cool.

Love the hats I ordered! They are well made of quality fabric.

I’m trying to initiate a return, but they haven’t responded. It’s been over a week, and even after sending a follow-up, I’ve received no reply. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, this doesn’t seem like a legitimate business to me, more like a scam

I love my new jacket - it's light, airy and protective. I knew it would be short when I got it, but I was eager for some sun protection that would breathe. All of my shirts are longer than the jacket, so when I wear it I feel a bit goofy. If this jacket were longer, I'd give it five stars.
