Beware of this website and company. Their instagram page looks good but the customer experience is terrible. I wanted to return a jacket ( wrong size) and sent an email to customer support. Long story short - they claim to be relocating a warehouse so cannot process returns right now. They will let me know where and when to ship the return sometime in the future!!! No timeline provided and no resolution to return issue despite repeated emails. This looks like a scam chinese company based out of Shengen. My money is stuck until they can fix their warehouse - it does not make sense. Do not buy. PS: the quality of the jacket nothing like in photos

I placed my order on 22 July for items advertised as "in stock." After five days with no shipment or communication, I contacted customer service myself.

Only then was I told that "some items" were out of stock.

I replied immediately asking one simple question: Which items? I explained that I was travelling and needed to know whether to cancel those items or the entire order.

No reply.

As of 1 August, my order still hasn't shipped, and Beneunder has ignored my emails.

I have lost confidence in this company and am now requesting a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Beneunder.

It took a long time to receive the product. The waiting time is more than what I expected. I bought two sun protect jackets, the brown one was good, I liked it very much. But the blue one was a little bit too tight and the material was not as smooth as I expected. I bought one at Xi’an airport, it was a similar style but with different material. I lost it while I was visiting the forbidden city. I couldn’t fine it on your website anymore.

I ordered this product from the Beneunder website on the 2lst July for a holiday leaving on Friday 7th August. I've been told today it won't arrive in time.

Consumers thinking about purchasing from Beneunder need to know that although the Beneunder website and social media advertisements do everything possible to disguise the fact, this is a Chinese business and as a result delivery times are unreasonably long.

I do want to be fair to the company in leaving a review, their customer service has responded promptly to every message I have sent.

The moral of the story is check the provenance of the business. I was taken in by a slick marketing campaign, and have paid £45 for a hat that won't come in time for my holiday. Lesson learnt.

Impossible to make a return. Item did not fit and I used the email /returns portal to make a return. Customer service would not respond despite multiple emails and attempts when I confirmed I wanted to return the item (not exchange).

I had an exceptionally frustrating experience with this company from start to finish. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Extremely Slow delivery -There was zero proactive follow up regarding the shipment date. I had to reach out repeatedly just to figure out where my order was.
Nightmarish return process: Trying to process a return was an uphill battle. Customer support repleatedly tried to pressure me into keeping the item or accepting an exchange rather than honoring a straightforward return.
Deceptive "Free Return" Policy: Despite advertising "Free Returns" on their policy page, they refused to cover the shipping cost. Because the return address was located in the US and I was shipping from Canada. I was forced to cover my tracking shipping $35 plus pre-pay customs dutry and processing fees through Zonos ($65).
Bottom line: I ended up spending $100 in return shipping and duty fees just to send back a $110 item. Their advertised "Free Return Policy" is completely misleading, and their customer services i non-existent. I will never buy from this vendor again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Love the jacket. It’s incredibly comfortable and lightweight. I wore it in 90F heat. On top of providing sun protection, the mesh parts have a cooling effect which makes it really comfortable to wear it in the heat.

The quality of the materials, the modern design.
The price is right for what you are buying.

Just be aware you cannot return items for refund. Very frustrating.

This situation has caused me a lot of frustration. It appears that your warehouse shipped the order correctly, but it is possible that the package was tampered with or switched during the shipping process. I hope you will carefully review the shipping company you work with, as something clearly went wrong.

I have no way to pursue this issue any further, and I feel completely helpless. I’m really unlucky.package I received was not the same as the one shown in the video. The box I received was a very small brown box that only contained the sunglasses. The sun hat was definitely missing.
