Their selections are curated, their pricing is highly competitive, and their customer service is everything you would want (quick, knowledgeable, responsive).
I've been a member for several years and I can't say enough good things.

Had surgery, forgot to skip month. Great customer service.

I signed up for their subscription box in late 2024, and had skipped on month before I ended up having surgery to remove my gallbladder, and during my recovery I forgot to skip a month that I had forgotten about. I contacted their customer service through email and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I ended up placing my subscription on hold while I recover and handle other immediate personal concerns, but I most definitely will continue to use their service in the future. Thank you, Ada from Bespoke Post!!!

I was able to speak to a customer…

I was able to speak to a customer service agent to help place my order. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a return and Bespoke made it a very easy process.

Way over priced for cheap products

Way over priced for cheap products. Had the monthly box subscription and I was very underwhelmed. I got a $70 dollar pair of slippers😞. And the box before that a very cheaply made knife blade wobbles and the wood handle wasn’t stained and was pine can’t believe I got duped into trying this. Complete scam

Upon receiving the email where I could…

Upon receiving the email where I could either change or cancel my shipment, I cancelled immediately, but they still shipped (and charged me for) a box of their choosing, not mine. Upon receiving the wok and steam basket (items that I already own quality versions of), the wok was already rusted and is garbage. I only received one shipment, but I was fortunately able to cancel my subscription prior to being charged for a second. Would not suggest.

We select boxes for our club members on the 1st of each month based on the personal preferences set during the sign up process. From there, members have until the 5th to swap or skip the club shipment. While we received your request to cancel your membership, it looks like we did not receive a request to skip your club shipment.

We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the unwanted box, and saddened to hear that box arrived damaged.

Low quality scammy products

The emails where you can change your order would always “conveniently” go to junk while the other emails would not. Definitely something shady going on there. I ended up with a ton of junky products, including repeat products from previous months that they already gave me.

Could not be more satisfied

When I realized that I had not received my package, I sent an email asking about it. The response was immediate and the resolution was quick and completely satisfactory

Incorrect Delivery “ETA”

Bespoke Post features a shipping ETA for free shipping, though at checkout it will offer you specific delivery dates if you pay extra. I never rush the delivery but for $5 extra it said I could get my package By November 18 (ordered November 15) Unfortunately their customer service claims “We don't give out delivery dates when placing orders but we do provide estimated ship dates which is the date that your order will most likely be shipped out by our warehouse.” Well i went right onto the website and proved them wrong with screenshots showing i could place an order for anything at anytime and it would say “$5 additional shipping to receive on (3 day after order)” I ended up getting a refund on my shipping fee after spending 5 hours chatting with multiple people, they told me i must’ve misread the website. I’m just surprised by lack of customer service from a company that claims they won 2023’s Best Customer Service (for a subscription based company)

Don't buy from this company

Someone stole our credit info and was purchasing from this company. They refused to help us AND refused to help our credit card company. Cost us almost $1000!
Not an honest firm.

I had a return and the VERY EASY…

I had a return and the VERY EASY process of returning something and exchanging it does not get any better than with Bespoke , Had return label in 18 hrs and on its way back . awesome Customer Service.

I have rarely had to contact customer…

I have rarely had to contact customer support as the products are so good; it's just really been sizing issues and a coaster that arrived broken.
On every occasion the response was from a real person who wrote their response and didn't copy and paste.
A Bespoke response if you will.

Bespoke Post Delivers on All Fronts

Bespoke Post is one my favorite sites for purchasing unique and high quality items. I have always been beyond satisfied with the items I have purchased. In addition to this, their customer service is incredible. On the rare occasions I have had to deal with a problem, their customer service associates have been responsive, kind, and efficient. I have always had things resolved without complications.

Great Service

Bespoke post has always been a great place for those unique gift gifts or little gadgets. I didn’t know I needed recently. I had a problem with a box when I reached out to customer service was prompt and resolved my issue quickly.
