Bought my new-build through Bidwells. Very easy to get hold of the staff when needed. Good effective communication in general. Felt supported throughout the purchase process. Kept up to date with the build progress.

The developers Brampton Valley Homes were also very helpful. Again, easy to contact via phone & email. The site manager took note of my preferences and acted on them. The development is still unfinished but have not had any trouble with the ongoing building work/traffic/noise.

We had lots of delays in our house chain through no fault of our own, but finally got to our lovely new home just before Christmas.
