I have been a tenant of Bidwells’s property management for 3 years. I have always found Ellie to be very gentle and kind. Whenever issues regarding the property were raised, she quickly addressed and resolved them. She always maintained a balance between us and the landlord. Her professionalism was outstanding. Bidwells gave me three choices of tenants and has done all the procedures including signing the tenancy agreement for me.
I did not give five stars because there was some hiccup in applying to change the account for heat supply. The staff repeatedly made a mistake in relation to one of the joint tenants' name in the application form so that the form was not accepted by the heating company twice.

Rebecca Wilson was amazing, we purchased a house with Bidwels, and Rebecca was very supportive, always answering our emails on the same day, we never felt alone. Thank you.

Matt Kirkland was our property manager and he was fantastic. Any issues were sorted quickly and he contacted the landlord when appropriate. Any property inspections were sorted in advance and were painless. When we left there were no hidden fees or attempts to “deposit snatch” like some companies. Would recommend bidwells

I telephoned the Norwich office, several times in one day, for help and advice. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, putting me through several times, to another lady, who could deal with my query, who also helpfully answered all my questions each time I called.
Both of these young ladies, were very professional, very helpful, polite and caring and extremely kind.
I can’t praise them both enough for helping me and my family.

Just finished the process with letting a property in Cambridge with Jake Jackson and Bidwells. Fantastic process with all the post offer particulars. Delightful experience and very professional dealing by Jake and his team. Super easy to work with and was very accessible to us for answering questions and helping things move smoothly. Highly recommend.

Quick and professional service, helpful, accessible (over the telephone works the best) and able to quickly solve issues. One star less is for a Goodlord referencing company, whose attitude is total opposite: pathetic chatbot with "backdoors" to bypass programmed stubbornness, no personal (operator) contact possible and absolutely no response from the support team for two opened cases.

We recently bought a new build and the developer was using Bidwells as their estate agents. We had a bumpy road with the purchase as two buyers for our old house dropped out. Andy and Frances were so good at supporting us through this and once we got our third buyer they helped us push our solicitors (and asked them the right questions too) in order for our completion before our mortgage offer expired. We wouldn't be in our beautiful new home without them! The service they provided was amazing.

Good service and very professional although the % charge is higher than some estate agents we sold our house and were given good advice throughout the selling process
