I love the pieces I received from Biella Vintage. Their necklaces are comfortable and elegant and the earrings I ordered are gorgeous (and I received many compliments on my first day of wearing them!). Customer service was excellent — my package took a few weeks to arrive because I am in Canada and the Biella team was quick, kind, and helpful in their responses! Definitely purchasing from this company again :) would also love to know if they have any efforts in sustainability and using less plastic in their packaging! <3

First of all, their rings are beautiful. Truly beautiful. But their customer service is even better. First rate. Out of this world. Will buy more from them in the future. Proud to wear their rings.

I love Gold jewelry and I tried all different stores, but I never found something as Biella vintage quality of jewelry. The color of their products are amazing, doesn't change or fade. I really love their products and will go back and buy more things for sure.

Bought many rings from Biella, even though some items took awhile to come due to custom clearance difficulties, their customer service team was helpful and did follow up to make sure I receive my item in the end. Absolutely love all their designs, will continue to buy their items!

My bracelet got "stuck" in delivery at the Hermes Gateway on entering the UK. I contacted Biellavintage and they were super helpful in assisting me to track down my delivery and were very reassuring - they also offered a full refund. My bracelet eventually turned up and I love it. Really happy with the service over all.

Great cost x benefit. The prices are reasonable and the pieces are beautiful. I recently purchased the diamond bracelet and the large curved ring and both are exactly what I wanted - nice gold colour, classic and pretty, been wearing them everyday!

Beuatiful earrings, not too heavy and not light weighted for it to feel cheap. They are strong, don’t fall out. It took amost a month to arrive, but customer service was vert sweet and helpful.

I actually came across Biella Vintage rather randomly, I think via Instagram. I was looking for a gold bangle that is waterproof and engravable. I found their simple, but beautiful gold bangle and thought it was wonderful! I wear it non-stop, even to shower and get compliments daily! I just ordered another waterproof ring and can't wait to wear it. I find the prices very fair for the quality you get. I already recommended the shop to friends and would do it again.
A big plus is the very fast, kind and helpful customer service. Keep up the great work! xx

Very poor quality for the price you pay. I had a terrible experience with them, sent me one item short and the other item was broken out of the four items. I may as well burn the $200 AUD. They attempted to ship again to me via some dubious courier, said they attempted to deliver but never arrived with me being home the whole time?? This "missed" delivery happened several times. Have been extremely patient, i asked for a refund but they still forced me to tee up a time with the courier- this should not have happened in the first place!!! At least use a reliable courier where i don't need to call an international number!! Absolute rubbish of a company!!

Thanks biella vintage for trying to remove my review - it's now verified instead :) looks like all your bad reviews have been verified when you tried to remove them instead of rectifying the issue with your customers!

I received my chunky ring, bracelet and letter chain in the post this week. They are all beautiful. I would recommend going up two sizes in the rings for the perfect fit!!
The price is fantastic too, well worth buying from Biellavintage.
Please note it does take 4-6 weeks to receive your jewellery. Standards regarding this are set. Customer Service were amazing - shout out to Camille, who was SO helpful.
I look forward to buying from Biellavintage again soon!!

I'm very disapointed in this brand. The pictures are very misleading. As other users already mention is the quality poor and I now have worn the ring I ordered only1 day and you can already see a silver color coming through....For this price that's really NOT ok. Also is the color very jellow and shiny so it's looks kinda sheap..
Better not spend your money....sincerely a very dissapointed costumer.

The overall service was seamless. I was nervous buying online, but the fast response from customer service and the up to date parcel tracking put my mind at ease. My purchase was every bit as lovely as it looked online. Very impressed and we definitely be back to purchase more pieces.
