Guten Morgen allerseits,
kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Sehr verlockendes Angebot bei bier-wein.de, bestellt, bezahlt inkl. Versandkosten. Keine Lieferung, keine Kommunikation null - nur diese Zahlungserinnerungen mit noch höheren Beträgen als auf der Originalrechnung. Unfassbar - da können sich die Kollegen bei Herrn Vogt bedanken, auch von mir gibt es keine Vorkasse mehr, ich hatte noch nie solche Probleme mit einem Lieferanten.

Have ordered 3 times. Great service and price. Only downside is that they are not always fully stocked but I would recommend them highly. Make sure you add the keg deposit to your order.

Lieferung erfolgte wie bestellt, ich kann nichts negatives feststellen, außer, dass weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail ein Kontakt zustande kam.

Wenn man hier die Bewertung liest, so habe ich wohl Glück gehabt, wenn man bei a..... liest scheint meistens alles glatt zu laufen, einzig die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer wird wohl sehr oft bemängelt.
Fazit, wenn man hier bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt, kann man, bei nicht Lieferung sein Geld zurück holen.
Ich hatte, wie geschrieben glück gehabt, per Vorkasse gezahlt und die Ware auch in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten.

Ordered 4 kegs, my bank messed up international payment, Bier and Wein were very patient, payment finally went through on Monday afternoon, Order dispatched Tuesday, at my door Friday Morning, absolutely first class service. Kept me informed and provided tracking number, would recommend and definitely use again

Ordered 4 kegs 11th April 2021, paid 12th April 2021, still nothing received and still no refund of my money, I'm hearing quite a lot of people losing money to this company, criminals getting away with stealing peoples money, should be shut down.

Ich habe vor einigen Tagen bei dem Unternehmen zwei Bierfässer bestellt und auch sofort bezahlt. Statt der Wahre erhielt ich allerdings eine Zahlungsaufforderung, die aber auch noch einen höheren als eigentlich geforderten Betrag einforderte.
Auf meine Antwortmail gab es nur wieder eine Zahlungsaufforderung mit den gleichen falschen Zahlen. Auf meine Antwort darauf erhielt ich keine Antwort mehr; die Ware allerdings auch nicht. Telefonisch ist die Firma bzw. Herr Daniel Vogt nicht erreichbar.
Also Finger weg; es handelt sich hier ganz offensichtlich um ein betrügerisches Unternehmen mit sehr zweifelhaftem Geschäftsgebaren.

I placed an order and paid the amount on the confirmation email. They then sent another email the next day asking for more money so I simply asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy with them asking for additional money. I must have sent 20 emails and they just never reply. Nothing but thieves. DO NOT USE

Es war ein Fehler von mir. Normalerweise bezahle ich nie Mals per Vorkasse, weil ich per Paypal zu bezahlen bevorzuge.
Es gibt keine Antwort, keine Reaktion per E-Mail und keine Telefonnummer.

Nieeee wieder per Vorkasse bezahlen!!!

Was great for 3 or 4 orders other than shipping times - but no fault of Bir & Wein there.
My latest order was marked as shipped on the 12th May but has somehow never made it to DHL. It has been stuck on the initial status since then,
5 days - 5 emails sent to Beir Wein - NO RESPONSE.
Please BEWARE.

bei mir das gleiche wie bei vielen anderen bewertern. erst nach androhung einer strafanzeige ging die bestellung tatsächlich zum versand an dhl.
keine reaktion auf emails, kein telefonischer kontakt möglich.
habe die verbraucherzentrale hessen informiert.

1st class, can’t fault them. Less than a week from ordering they were delivered to me in the UK. Will be using again.

Hände weg!!! Ich ärgere mich noch immer, dass ich nicht zuerst die Bewertungen durchgeschaut hatte, bevor ich bestellt und per Vorkasse überwiesen hatte. Sonst hätte ich das bestimmt nicht gemacht: So hoffte ich, mit einem flauen Gefühl im Magen, dass es doch irgendwie gut ginge, da meine Bestellung nichts außergewöhnliches war:
- 60 Flaschen Karlsberg Urpils und 40 Flaschen Karlsberg Urpils light am 03.04. 2021 bestellt.
- Zahlung sofort veranlasst.
- Zahlung wurde am 09.04.2021 als vollständig eingegangen vermerkt.
- Lieferung der 60 Flaschen Karlsberg Urpils erfolgte am 14.04.
Auf die 40 restlichen Flaschen warte ich seitdem vergeblich. Sämtliche e-Mails über das Kontaktportal wie auch die e-Mail im Impressum blieben unbeantwortet. Die Telefonnummer ist zu keiner Uhrzeit erreichbar. ich werde meinen Anwalt einschalten und die Verbraucherzentrale informieren. Diese Firma und ihr Inhaber sind aus meiner Sicht Betrüger! Daher - Finger weg!!!

Excellent. Paid by revolut. Very important to put name and reference in the transfer details. Got emails in relation to the purchase and was able to track delivery on dhl. Took two weeks to get delivered to Ireland. 👍

Any one know where you can get Astra Beer Shipped from Germany to Ireland, Dont fancy using these guys again TBH and risking a couple of 100 euros.

Ordered twice first time no problem my 4 Perfect Draft kegs arrived no problem within 2 weeks to Ireland. Second time was a farce,made payment and then received an email looking for payment. I sent numerous emails advising I had paid and the order status showed as not paid for 2 weeks.Contacted PayPal for a refund and the next day the order status had changed to cancelled and my money was refunded.They don't reply to any communication its a joke of service they seem to deliver randomly.

Ordered from them on Friday the 7th of may, goods recieved in Glasgow on Thursday the 13th of may.
As long as you follow the instructions of manually adding the keg deposits, and making your reference your order number I can't see major stumbling blocks.
Only downside was as opposed to 2 franziskaners I received a leffe blond - communication could've been better on that front but still not much of an issue for me.
Would use them again
