Website is a little dated and payment process is messy, but delivered no problem to Ireland. I have heard customer services are not great but in my experience, they aren’t needed if you follow instructions carefully.

Make sure you follow instructions and add a keg deposit to basket if required. Then put your order number as recipient reference in IBAN transfer.

I ordered and paid via Revolut IBAN , got payment receipt 24 hours later and received delivery 6 working days later to Ireland

Received my order in Ireland 9 days after ordering. Customer service on emails need improving but everything came as ordered. Thanks!

Ordered perfect draft kegs with these jokers - paid the invoice they sent immediately, like other customers I received an email saying that had not received the payment. No reply to any emails, they do not answer their phone either. I’m suspicious as to why they stopped receiving PayPal payments?! Perhaps having to refund too many of their scammed earnings due to PayPal regulations.... avoid

Leider muss ich hier 1 Stern geben. Ich bestelle schon seit einiger Zeit bei Herrn Vogt. Lieferung kam immer nach ca. 2-3 Wochen.
Meine Bestellung im März wurde nicht geliefert.
Es wurde nur eine Sendungsnummer angegeben.
Geld kassiert und keine Reaktion auf emails und Telefon.,

Reagiert nicht.
Versendet nicht.
Erstattet nicht.

I recommend everybody who were scammed by this company to make online police report to Hessen police!

Made order. Trasfered money. They never answer to any emails or answer the phone. Never received the order.

3 out of 3 orders received in good time to the UK. Dont appear to reply to any form of communication other than initial invoice which is their only downfall. Anticipate this would be a problem if goods are damaged or go missing in transit.

I have placed five orders for delivery to the UK.

The first two were paid by Paypal before BW stopped accepting Paypal payments.
The last three have been by bank transfer.

All five orders were sent quickly (allowing a few days for the "non urgent" UK to DE bank transfers to take place) and the deliveries arrived safely.

Perhaps others have been unlucky, impatient or didn't complete the bank transfers correctly.

If ordering Perfect Draft kegs, you need to add the same quantity of keg deposits to your BW order and make sure you select UK as the shipping destination.
Also make sure you add the BW order number in the sender reference or comment field when making the bank transfer payment.

Ordered (86643)on the 1/4/21 paid £75 for 4 kegs of Becks through Revolut. After 3 weeks the order status changed to cancelled. Heard nothing from Bier Wein after numerous emails regarding the order & now chasing a refund which looks highly unlikely in being recouped. Total lack of customer services & will not use again. Very dissappointing!!

Made an order a couple of weeks ago, and paid the invoice immediately via bank transfer. After a week I got an email from them saying that I wouldn’t have paid the invoice, quoting a higher sum than in my actual order. I’ve replied several times with the proof of my transfer, but haven’t got any response. This company seems to be a scam - or at least it’s very risky to do any business with them!

I was worried about paying by bank-transfer - but paid the amount they wanted - but the order status remained as 'not paid'.
Then they altered the order, which increased the price by about 6 euro, but I tried to get them to confirm receipt of the 1st payment before sending them more (in case I'd sent to the wrong place) - but they just will not reply (now nearly 2 weeks of silence).

Es wird nicht auf Mails oder Anrufe reagiert.
Ich habe die Woche vor Ostern zwei Fässer bestellt und diese auch im Voraus bezahlt.
Eines ist angekommen und beide standen auf dem Lieferschein drauf.
Ich hab Mails verschickt und versucht 10-15 mal jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen.
Bis heute hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet.
Eine Sauerei und BETRUG!
Wenn die das mit allen Kunden machen dann prost Mahlzeit!
Auch wenn es nur um kleine Beträge geht aber das geht so nicht!
Die Firma hat diese Woche noch die Möglichkeit sich bei mir zu melden!
Ab nächster Woche geht die Anzeige wegen Betrugs raus.

4 Fässer bestellt und bezahlt. Keinerlei Info zum Zahlungseingang per Vorkasse oder Bearbeitungsstatus erhalten. Nach einigen tagen Mail geschrieben wegen Status der Bearbeitung. Keine Reaktion! Nach 12 Tagen Mail mit Fristsetzung zur Lieferung oder Erstattung innerhalb von 7 Tagen geschrieben. Wieder keine Reaktion! Lieferung kam dann 4 Tage später. Dort bestelle ich ganz sicher nicht mehr!

Seems to be very hit-and-miss this company. The first time I ordered I did so via PayPal and and got my goods within about 7 days. Some friends told of horror stories so I was quite pleased with this. I was more reluctant to order after PayPal had been removed but after been encouraged by some friends who had recently made orders and got a better service. I decided to give it a go and to my surprise the service was amazing. I ordered on the Tuesday and the four kegs of beer arrived by Friday. The kegs for the Philip perfect draft machine are much cheaper than you can buy in the UK. They seem to have zero customer service and it is a bit of a gamble but has worked out for me so far so I will probably keep going until I have a bad experience! Maybe the answer is not to spend a fortune with them at a time. I will keep my orders well below £100 so if it does go belly up its bad but not the end of the world.

Ja es stimmt Kontakt ist eher nicht vorhanden. Aber schnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung und Probleme, die ich zu verschulden hatten wurden unkompliziert im Hintergrund geklärt. Danke

Ordered a few times with paypal and got delivery, Now they removed paypal, I paid £2000 through bank transfers and they have cancelled all the orders and refuse to answer any emails. Please take my advise and dont risk it like I did. Money down the drain.

Ordered on March 31st. Paid via bank transfer which went through on 01 Apr. Received an email a few days later requesting payment so I replied with details of the bank transfer and proof of payment. Despite many more emails and update requests from the website, there has been absolutely no response. Very poor company to deal with, looking extremely likely that it’s a scam. Beware!!
