John Banks Big & Tall Menswear Avis 

I bought a suit on line and it didn’t sit right on me. Being a 64” chest with a belly that’s bigger. Us big men hate the way we are looked at and treated in clothes shops.
I emailed them to say. Any chance I could return the suit in person and get some help. Well the rest after that is amazing service.
Arrived there on Saturday and the service level was incredible. Your made to feel. They will 100% help you get suited and booted for a wedding. We find the perfect suit. Was given some ideas which was taken onboard. They then said they could extend my shirt for me so it don’t come out of the trousers and the belly is on show. Fantastic. Let’s do it. Costs very reasonable in my eyes. A tailored suit would have been 4/5 times in value. We then find perfect shoes for me. Needing size 16 shoes. My options are zero to none. Oh no. They had choices for me and we found a nice gel one for a long day ahead.
I know I will be comfortable and happy and my friends wedding. Standing there tall and proud to do my speech as the best man.
Will never shop any where else. Made to feel that we can buy nice clothes also. May have also purchased 5 t shirts and a hoody on the way out. Oh well. When in Rome. lol.

I would never consider shopping elsewhere now. I urgently needed a few suits for a business trip and struggled with the usual online XL retailers, but I found John Banks. I was thrilled to discover that there was an actual store. I drove 90 minutes to the shop, hoping to find a suit. I had the best customer experience in years. I met Nettie, who took me under her wings, and nothing was too much trouble. Nettie was incredibly friendly, not pushy at all, and extremely helpful in finding suits for my needs, giving me great advice on suit combinations and styles.

The quality of the suits, ties, and shirts was exceptional, solidifying my satisfaction with my purchase.

I am already eagerly anticipating revisiting the store and experiencing the exceptional service and products once again.

I had to return the last item as is was unfortunately not big enough. More extra long clothing needs to be added.

I purchased a new Skopes three piece suit from Banks. Their website is easy to use and my suit was delivered next day as paid for. My suit came iba suit carrier free of charge which is really helpful. I continue to purchase from Banks as they provide clothing at good prices and excellent customer service.

I've dealt with this company for a number years and have never been let down by late deliveries or wrong orders being sent out.
The main reason I deal with this company is the not only the quality of their garments, but the sizes.
Many shops out there say their garments are 3xxxl or other but when you try them on they just don't fit.
I can only assume other stores purchase their clothing at cheap Chinese sweat shops where they have no idea about European sizes or they just don't care, as must be the case of the companies that purchase their wares.
With John Banks the sizes on their clothing is ALWAYS 100% accurate.
So it's for the Quality and the accuracy of their clothing that I'd suggest to everyone hasn't shopped at John Banks they do so ASAP.

Extra wide shoes size 12 are very hard to come by I ordered the shoes for next day delivery and they arrived before noon the following day.Brilliant service by John Banks big and tall

Seller sent the wrong item, which I returned. Seller said they would send the correct item, but instead they refunded the purchase price. I repeatedly asked seller to also refund the original postage, but they never did, and they stopped replying to me. Avoid.
