1 week and 7 days since i put in for a refund for undelivered items £125 worth of stuff still no refund please buy with extreme caution make sure you order the right size ect you will not get refunded. Try a different trusted site.

My husband highly rates this company. The service is excellent and always fast delivery. The quality of the clothing is really good and the fit and sizing is perfect for him.

I buy quite often from big dude clothing especially my t-shirts. Great value for money especially when there's a sale on. Great quality clothing that doesn't shrink after a few washes and a very prompt delivery service via royal mail tracked.

Had a few items from Big dude and has generally been good. Sizes are great but sometimes the quality has been a bit poor. Had 2 pairs of shorts both zippers broke after a week. Very frustrating as was away at the time. Customer service is good with speedy reply. Have lost faith in anything that has a zip from them. They do have a 90 day return period what is good.

Ich habe hier Boxershorts bestellt, die trotz Nutzung der Größentabelle viel zu groß ausfielen. Auf meine Anfrage nach den auf der Homepage groß beworbenen „kostenlosen Rücksendeetiketten“ wurde mir vom Kundenservice (Alex) mitgeteilt, dass Unterwäsche aus Hygienegründen generell vom Umtausch und der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen sei.
Das ist eine reine Schutzbehauptung! Nirgendwo auf der gesamten Website und auch an keiner Stelle in den offiziellen AGB ist zu ersehen oder nachzulesen, dass die von mir gekauften Boxershorts vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind. Im Gegenteil: Es wird aktiv mit einer „Kostenlosen Rückgabe innerhalb von 90 Tagen“ geworben.
Die Ware wurde zudem in einer ganz normalen Versandtasche geliefert und besitzt keinerlei Hygieneversiegelung oder Schutzfolie, die aufgebrochen wurde. Die Artikel sind komplett ungetragen, ungewaschen und im Originalzustand. Laut geltendem EU- und deutschem Recht (EuGH-Urteil) darf unversiegelte Unterwäsche wie normale Kleidung anprobiert und retourniert werden. Der Kundenservice stellt sich hier komplett stur und bricht seine eigenen Vertragsbedingungen. Der Fall geht nun zum Verbraucherschutz. Hier werde ich garantiert nie wieder bestellen!

Update:
Nachdem ich hier die Bewertung veröffentlicht und parallel den Verbraucherschutz und PayPal eingeschaltet habe, lenkte der Kundenservice per E-Mail endlich ein. Allerdings erst, nachdem ich noch Fotos einschicken musste, um die Unversehrtheit der Ware zu beweisen.

Mir wurden nun drei DHL-Retourenlabel für einen Rückversand nach Belgien zugeschickt. Danke dafür.
Die Ware ist auf dem Rückweg.
Es ist extrem müßig und nicht gerade kundenfreundlich, solche Wege und Aufwendungen bringen zu müssen, um zu seinem Recht zu kommen.

Ich warte nun auf die Rückerstattung und werde hier berichten, wie es ausgegangen ist.

I ordered lightweight shorts for my husband, he is very fussy about material etc so I didn’t hold out much hope! He is currently wearing a pair of the shorts which he loves, they are genuinely lightweight and the sizing was perfect, two t-shirts were also spot on. Easy ordering online, speedy delivery and good pricing, will definitely order again.

Quality clothing very good to wash and wear without ironing regular customer reasonable price

Terrible Customer service.

I ordered joggers, they sent them to the wrong address and the carrier put in a "safe place" that safe I can't get them.

Now I'm out of pocket and no joggers, Big Dude refuse to refund or send new joggers.

Also I bought a pack of their t-shirts, they are cheap crap that shrink in the wash, I just put these down to experience and tried to buy more joggers as I liked them.

I'd stay away if I were you, use Built Different, better service and better quality clothing.
