Quick service. One error on despatch that was rectified immediately and with a 24hr priority replacement. No quibbles with some of the items i returned due to being too small, and these were refunded quickly. No quality issues. Good comms from Alex. Recommended seller- i have bought more since.

I bought two pairs of cargo pants with elastic waist. Within a month both pairs got rips in between the legs. My boyfriend sews things, and he is incredibly disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship of the pants and the amount of length on the hems. He says that there's not nearly enough seam allowance, especially in the in between the legs part, especially for something marketed towards bigger people. I have owned both pairs of pants for less than a month and both pairs of pants have irreparable holes in the in between the legs. Literally the only thing that I did was sit down, both times, and they ripped. And when I went to the website to actually leave a review they wouldn't let me because they could not 'verify my purchase'.

Trying to return a item but with no luck tried to print lable of won't work took them to the post office they could not do it they said they have had this problem before and told me to contact bigdude and they will send you a QR code on your phone and bring it in I contacted bigdude but they say you can print your own lable off I told them it don't work could they send me a code they just keep saying you can print it off yourself is this so they don't have to give you a refund and you give up trying this is the first time I have used bigdude and looks like the last

Absolutely love the cheap prices, fast shipping too. These are truw ti fit big and tall sizing. Only downside is its almost all 100% cotton . But otherwise its great!

Ordered 3pack of Bamboo boxers. I’m a 48/50” waist. According to the website that is a 7xl. When these arrived they are Absolutely Massive. a Complete Joke. I have no packaging or invoice so I can’t return them. Lost my money on complete TUT!

Ich hatte mehrere Teile bestellt . Mehrere T-Shirts und 2 Hemden. Leider kam es wohl beim Versand nach Deutschland zu "irgendwelchen" Problemen mit dem Kurier oder wie ich es nennen würde "Post".

Nach dem ersten Zustellversuch hätte das Paket wohl in eine Packstation gelegen. Hatte aber weder Zettel/Info noch konnte mir der Verkäufer dabei helfen. Habe dann privat Hermes,DpD, DHL etc. angerufen / angeschreiben ob da wer was für unsere Adresse hätte. Nichts

Dann gab es angeblich einen neuen Zustellversuch der, nachdem ich mich beschwerte, nachträglich in die Tracking History eingefügt wurde. Freitags um 19:00 und es wäre wieder keiner da gewesen (hatten an dem Tag seit 17:00 vor unserer Haustür gegrillt. Da war ne Sitzbank mit Leuten direkt vor dem Briefkasten.^^)

Anbieter nochmal angeschrieben.... Es wurde sich zwar höflichst entschuldigt , aber ich habe so den verdacht, dass ich die ganze Zeit mit einer KI geschrieben habe und seit 3 Wochen ist Funkstille. Nach knapp 1 1/2 Monaten muss ich sagen : Ich gehe nciiht davon aus, dass da überhaupt nochmal ne Nachricht kommt. Geld habe ich mir von PayPal wieder geholt.

Um konstuktiv zu bleiben:
Ich habe da schonmal bestellt und da lief Alles reibungslos.
Der Versand über RoyalMail....war nicht so Royal

Ich persönlich werde das Einkaufen da jetzt meiden....ich glaube prinzipiell aus dem Ausland, Das ist mir mittlerweile zu unsicher wenn nicht mal Klamotten ankommen.

Ich hätte es besser gefunden den Versanddienstleister persönlich kontaktieren zu können. Das ging leider nicht.

Einsatz von KI (Das kann aber auch eine Übersetzungsmaschine gewesen sein ) bitte weglassen. Ich hab dadurch auch manchmal sehr komische Antworten bekommen wie "sprich doch mal den Kurier an" ... ... , aber den kannte ich ja garnicht.Hatte ja keine Info im Briefkasten, was ich auch erwähnt hatte.^^

Ich würde mit Denen (Kurier) nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten.

Wollte erst 2 Sterne geben...Ich gebe doch nochmal 3 Sterne, weil ich mit der 1. Lieferung von vor ein paar Monaten echt super zufrieden bin.

Perfect fit good quality and very quick posting

As usual the clothing, the service the ease of use on the website is all top drawer hence why I keep going back as a return customer over and over again. Now that said, I do have a gripe on this occasion and that was the length of time it took from when I sent some items back to the time my account was credited for the items, it won't stop me shopping with BigDude but its definitely an area that could be improved for optimal customer service.

Bought a few polo shirts. Nice and long and a good fit but the dye washes out badly.
