Peace of mind
Was planning to leave my bike locked at a bike rack but noticed bike drop nearby. Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. Didn’t have to worry about my bike at all all day!

Amazing!
Went in today for a coffee and a browse and I received exceptional costumer service from Ebrahim Ali and Sherin. They all greeted with a smile and were very helpful in explaining to me how everything worked.Made me feel really welcome. Cant wait to pop by again with my bike or maybe just pop for another hot drink (which can I just say was delicious) -Keep it up!

Excellent Bike Drop in Conduit street
I used Bike Drop in Conduit street, perfect location for meetings in the area. Such a brilliant idea and executed perfectly by a team of very friendly staff. Booking process was super quick and easy in their website. When I got to Bike Drop, Maria was there to welcome me with a smile, upon presenting my QR code my my bike was taken care off and off I went to my meeting. The whole process did not take more than 2 minutes. I got an sms confirming the operation and telling me to sms NOW 15 minutes before I wish to pick up my bike. I did it after my meetings and my bike was ready for me to go. Excellent experience and service. I highly recommend it, and by the way, their coffee is AMAZING!

this was the first time that i had used…
this was the first time that i had used any service like this and it was really good. The staff were all super helpful and attentive. What was offered was great yet there is plenty more services that could be explored and added in future, i'm thinking a wider range of food, bike servicing, bike cleaning, light charging, even pre-warming our gloves come the winter!

Currently we offer a CLEANME ‘wipe down and lube’ service and shall shortly, from July 19th 2021, offer further servicing options….we are also mid developing a food offer. I was in central London and had no place to drop my bike. A staff member from Apple store told me about this service. I had no idea about it. When I got there I was impressed. Really easy and trustable. Took me 1 minute to have all set and paid. Staff was also very friendly. I'd only suggest you to consider a cheaper charge for quick drops (less than 40 mins for instance). Thank you!

Noting your comment relating to a 40minunte PASS. We listen to our RIDERs valuable feedback at all times. We introduced the Dash PASS to provide a discounted offer for 3 hours following similar feedback. We strive to offer a PASS system which is relatively easy to navigate without too many options. We appreciate your feedback however and shall circulate to our Operations team.

Brilliant idea and excellent customer service
Everyone at Bike Drop was friendly and efficient. The booking process was simple and the drop off and collection was easy. From the moment I was welcomed at Oxford Circus Bike Drop, I was confident that my bike and helmet were completely secure and I could go off to spend the day shopping with complete peace of mind. I shall certainly be using Bike Drop again and will recommend it to my friends.

Great customer service!
The staff at the Bike Drop near Oxford Circus were very helpful when I needed to store my bike overnight due to a puncture. They couldn’t fix it as they did not have the right tools for my electric bike but they kept me informed and were generally amazing.
