Friendly in store service...but booking…
Friendly in store service...but booking the bike in was a bit cumbersome as I needed to complete my details twice (once to register the bike and once to pay the invoice by credit card) both times I visited. It would better if customer and payment details could be stored to make drop off easier.

We have had one other RIDER refer to the payment platform, previously solely with PayPal. You may be aware that PayPal customer details can be stored in opening a personal PayPal account....this would avoid this duplication. We have also now introduced STRIPE which enables ApplePay as an alternative to PayPal.
We look forward to seeing you again post-lockdown at one our DROP’s and really appreciate your feedback as we strive to exceed our RIDER’s expectations.

First class. Great service, great location and easy drop off/collection.
Just what I needed. Somewhere safe to leave the bike, knowing it would be waiting for me when I got back. I will certainly be using Bike Drop again.

Bike Drop is an excellent idea
Bike Drop is an excellent idea! I was relieved to be able to get into London using my ebike and know that it was somewhere secure (and dry!) whilst I was attending appointments. I will definitely use the service again.

The people at the shop were friendly…
The people at the shop were friendly and I felt safe leaving my bike with them. It's a really great service and I look forward to using them again in the future. Please add a Bike Drop in South Kensington by the Museums. :)

Fantastic. I can not recommend Bike-Drop enough. The Valet style parking makes it so easy to drop and pick up your bike with a peace of mind that your bike is safe.
This is a great concept and so original. Thank you Bike-Drop Team for making our lives easier in an otherwise stressful times..

An AMAZING addition to London!
Bike Drop is an amazing addition to London! My husband and I can now ride our e-bikes to Mayfair and surrounding areas, and know our bikes will be SAFE and secure. This is such a wonderful option to riding public transportation during Covid. I would NEVER leave my bike unattended prior to using Bike Drop, as so many friends have had their bikes stolen. Thanks for your feedback Christopher and we hope you are enjoying your DROP IN’s and RIDE OUT’s at BIKE DROP. We are pleased to confirm we are in the process of developing an App which shall be launched in early 2021. In the interim we offer payment via PayPal, where payment details may be saved by way of account set up. We have also recently integrated Stripe which enables ApplePay. These options will of course reduce the payment details being applied repeatedly but will still require some details being required when booking your PASS. We appreciate your contact - RIDE SAFE
