Attempted to sign up yesterday but couldn't complete. So sent an email to explain. Received an email this morning, they had taken control and put it through. Pleased I didn't just give up. Looking forward to a good relationship.

The caller Ian was professional and friendly. After explaining how my bills would rise staying with my current provider he found me a much better deal. Saved me a lot of time searching for myself and saved me money. Would definitely recommend Bill Buddy.

I was sent a new energy deal from yourselves which was more expensive than my new tariff with EDF. You were most helpful and understanding when I decided to remain with EDF and have agreed to maintain my membership of BillBuddy, for which I thank you.

Unlucky (for a second time) when energy supplier GNE collapsed and EDF took over my energy supply, I dreaded what would happen when their 'special rate' came to an end, which happened this month. My monthly bill nearly doubled when the credit from GNE ran out! Enter Bill Buddy to find me a better rate. I'm grateful for the quick and helpful responses of their team, particularly Amelia.

Thanks to the ladies at Bill Buddy were helpful but sadly the energy market has gone into rip off mode and whoever you switch too it is going to cost a massive arm and a leg to heat your home this winter. All the excuses are there for the massive rises Covid, costs, shortage of supplies etc etc. Every comparison site goes on about saving you hundred of pounds but believe me they cannot. The ladies at Bill Buddy are going to keep their eyes open for any deal that may come along and help me keep food on my table.
