I tried to switch energy suppliers as suggested by billbuddy but it did not go through for some reason. i phoned and spoke to Amelia who sorted it smoothly and easily. Very impressed.

I have just found out my monthly payment will be £131 .Thisnot what I expected from biilbuddy. I is twice the previous Shell Payment of £69 ! I will start to check with my bank how to cancel the direct debit.I knew prices would rise but not double.

BillBuddy contacted me automatically to switch when EDF where about to move me to thier most expensive tarrif and moving to a new supplier was just the matter of one click

There was a missunderstanding with the dates of the tarrif ending and billbuddy sorted it imedietly. although the switch was started it was stopped just as quick, and my current supplier offered me a credit insentive to stay. Quids in. great job billbuddy and Cathlin for sorting it so quickly.

Requested a phone call and had a call quite quickly. Was able to sort out the issue I had with switching to make a sometimes complicated process easy. Thank you for your help.

Switching suppliers has always presented me with problems that I would rather avoid, together with a myriad of questions that get repeated time and time again for little or no benefit. Then came Bill Buddy. One conversation on the net with them, and I switched, and saved. What more can you ask? Pretty great really!

could not switch over supply over the internet ....so did it by phone ....picked up on fist ring ...very helpfull and saved me loads of dosh........

To say that I was a little disappointed with the outcome of YOUR suggested alternative energy supplier , EON , would be rather an understatement ! It baffles me that an outfit the size of EON cannot organise the simple reading of a couple of meters when they need to know what they are !! You state that EON would readily change out the present smart meters fitted for new ones compatible to their systems . Surely that is in a different league of effort compared to simply reading those meters already there .
To be told by an EON customer services representative that I'd be better off sticking with my present supplier , British Gas , beggared belief especially when I put it to him that I can not be an isolated case in not being able to read my present meters !
His attitude effectively said that he couldn't care less !!
I am still left with the situation after all this that EON have cancelled my transfer to them , British Gas are presumably threatening still to hike my costs with them into the stratosphere , and I am left in limbo !! Not a great advert for the services of your organisation ! I need something sorted out on this soonest !!
