Bill shark used to be good now it is getting ,well sharky. They called me to tell me that they saved a small amount on my ISP provider bill but then they charged me 45% for a savings that is accrued over 2 years! The Bill shark agent called to congratulate himself on getting a somewhat better rate but had to be coerced to provide what the fee was. I might not even keep that carrier. They said that I could have customer service contact me about this loan shark level rate, but no one contacted me. Please understand Bill Shark agents, at their own admission, can't do any better than you can on the billing --they just keep on monitoring the service providers until they find a special etc. It is hardly worth the rate they are charging. I am disputing the charge.

Neil did a great job on my ISP bill

Neil did a great job getting me the best rate possible with Frontier. I depend on a strong internet connection for my day job and getting a great deal is that much better.

I wasn’t sure about the services but…

I wasn’t sure about the services but glad i reached out! Once I reached out to support and got my bills assigned, the process was fast. Neil reached out via phone and text to keep me in the loop of the negotiation process and was able to get me some credit back on my account!
It saved me time on not having to do the negotiations myself, way to go!

Great! - Three years running!

I was a little skeptical, having never heard of a service like this, but I gave it a try. They came through -negotiating a big discount on my cable bill. I have a couple rental properties and they've saved me a few hundred dollars over the last three years. Great service!

Been using the service for years

Been using the service for years to save on my Optimum, Sirius XM and T-Mobile bills. It saves money and time. Some years the saving are huge and other years there is no savings at all. But happy with the service and will continue to use it.

Saved me tons of money on my T-Mobile bill

I had a great experience with Billshark! Ashly was able to save me $696 on my T-Mobile bill. The process was so simple and I just had to answer some questions over text messages as to what services I wanted to keep, get rid of, etc. They even got rid of a line that I hadn't used in over a year. I have been overpaying for years but didn't want to bother with trying to lower my bill on my own. I ended up with a plan that better suits both my needs and my wallet. Would highly recommend this service to people who want to save money on their bills but don't feel comfortable negotiating on their own.

Very pleased with the negotiation made on my behalf with my cell phone company. Everything was explained very well, and the agent explained what changes would be made. Such as asking if I used my hotspot, bc she could get me into a better plan if I didn’t. She was able to negotiate monthly savings for me. Thank you!!
