Just in time!! I had to sell some stuff to pay an unexpected IRS bill and decided to sell my iPhone XS Max. Tried to sell myself first but got frustrated and sent it to bingbongtec.com. What i lost in the little extra i could have got selling myself was made up in convenience and no stress. Happy Camper

Update 2: VERY shortly after posting my review below I was contacted by the company through Trustpilot. They apologized and claimed that they had sent an eCheck. I happen to archive all email, including that which goes to spam. I checked twice for any such email but did not find it. I asked a friend to search for it -- fresh eyes -- no luck. The company sent (another?) eCheck for the correct amount. I used that email to search for any similar messages during the period the company said that it sent the original eCheck. Nothing. Could the original really have been sent but "lost"? Perhaps, but I'm skeptical.

Update 3: Even after reading my review, the company still displays a 5-star Trustpilot badge on their Web site even though they have a 4-star rating here. Furthermore I see that my review has been greyed out because the company is disputing my review. Looking at their other reviews, it appears that they dispute a lot of 1-star reviews. I have updated this review with new information multiple times, all truthfully, and I have updated my title as well. It's my personal opinion based on my experience with the company and based what I read on the public Internet about one of their executives that it is highly risky to work with this company.

Update 4: The company sent the check and it cleared. Now they are keeping my review off of Trustpilot. Here's what I received: "2. Your review has also been reported by bingbongtec.com because they don't believe you’ve had a genuine buying or service experience with them." I am forwarding all of my receipts, communications, and details to Trustpilot so they can see what I've written is true. I also had to remove some original language from my post (before the company ever replied to me) -- that's fair.

Their systems show receipt of the device I sent but there has been no payment or any other communication with me since then. I know they are still active because I created a new sales order and they replied immediately with an offer and shipping label.

I believe that they may also be soliciting for Trustpilot reviews under the name BankMyCell because I received an email from that name asking me to rank their service, but I never heard of that company. The company currently shows a Trustpilot badge on their site with 5 stars even though the rating here is 4 stars.

They do not reply to emails and the phone number listed here results in a weird message saying "No routes found." Their address from their web site (2650 Cleveland Ave NW) is a post office. In October 2019 the BBB investigated the company and rated it an "F", stating among other things, that the company was using the BBB accreditation logo on their site even though they were not accredited. That logo is no longer on their site. According to their web site, the company sells products on EBAY under the name NBDeals but there is no such seller on EBAY at the moment. A seller with the name NBDeals on Amazon has a 61% positive rating and no longer has products for sale there under that name.

I don't know where exactly they are located because the address on Trustpilot is no longer accurate (read the BBB report), but I have enough information now to file a report with the Canton, OH police department. I will be delivering all of my product photos, email communications, online research, and more to the police when I file the report.

I got paid what I was quoted. It took a little longer than expected but they came through. Would recommend.

Sent them my iphone 1 month ago and still have not received payment. No good working phone number to call and they do not respond to emails. Appears they just stole my phone. Will call the Canton police dept tomorrow during business hours. UPDATE: They have reached out to me and sent an echeck which i have deposited and has cleared my bank.

I sent these folks a pair of Samsung tablets at the end of July. There was a miscommunication about how they would pay me for my consignment and I didn't receive my payment until early December.

It was an unfortunate mistake, but their support team sorted out the problem in less than a day. Thank you BBT support.

Very first time ever selling a phone like this and the company did a great job.
