My office upgraded to new smartphones after 2 years and we needed to sell 11 iPhones. After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. Bing Bong Tec is a company growing and with growth are some growing pains. My experience with them started out shaky, I mailed them my phones, didn't hear much, received confirmation they have my phones and were inspecting them, got an adjustment to it's quality (not unexpected), did not hear from them for almost a week after reaching out multiple times so I started freaking out that this was a scam. I was contacted by multiple people who assured me they are processing my order and that next day I received payment for my phones. They were very respectful and apologized for the lack of communication (growing pains). I would definitely recommend them and I feel the bad reviews they get is a result of impatience and communication issues.

I sent my phone 2 weeks ago, approved the revised condition/payment amount, but it's a week later now, and still no payment or any communication at all, beyond the initial "send your phone within 48hrs for a $10 bonus", which, looking back on it, should've been a red flag.

Would change review if they rectify this situation.

EDIT: My issue was resolved by Bing Bong.

Was pointed to this company by a site and turned in my iPhone 7 Plus. I took a little while to send it and they contacted me to see if I needed any help, and that was quite nice. I finally sent in my phone and it took about two weeks to inspect my phone and everything and I got my monies. Very awesome service and always prompt to respond within reasonable time. Next time I have a phone to sell I'll be selling here from now on.
