Good quality materials used but some of the construction leaves a lot to be desired. Screws for hinges are protruding through the doors of nest box which could cut chicks and not all are on straight.... Voir plus

My cage order was to my specifications. BBC were so helpfull throughout my ordering, quote & delivery was flawless. I wanted a certain time span & they accommodated me. It was my second purchase from this company over the years. Highly recommend them.

SHORT SHELF LIFE
This was my first order from Bird Breeding Cages
however the product I ordered when received
had a shorter shelf life than I would have liked
and this is the only negative point I would make
as the best before date is shown as September,
2025, the product was packed carefully.

They sent out the wrong size cage…
They sent out the wrong size cage fronts to what I ordered. I let them know via email, they originally said that I have to weigh and re pack the package . Then agreed a day for a swap, they cancelled that, rearrange another day, they cancelled that, "they forgot it was bank holiday. Rearranged another day, they cancelled that, saying " the delivery company doesn't like doing swaps". This is now in the hands of my credit card company. I have all the emails to prove what I'm saying is true. This company really shouldn't be allowed to trade. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THESE AMATURES AGAIN

We sent the wrong product out to the customer which we take full responsibility for. We tried to arrange a swap to take place between the courier and the customer. The courier needs 24 hour notice to conduct a swap on the doorstep and the customer was not getting back to us in time to arrange the swap. We then looked at offering the customer a prepaid label but they said they were unwilling to do that and that he would leave the product outside and leave it up to us for someone to collect. We said we were not able to do that and provided a link to our terms and conditions which states we can provide a prepaid label to return the items back to us free of charge but the customer must be able to print the label. Customer has been very uncooperative but the offer of course still stands inline with our terms and conditions where we can provide a prepaid returns label but the customer must print and drop off at their local drop shop.

Good quality and well made,easy to put together.disapointed that the price has gone up by £15 ,will have to look elsewhere as I had planned to buy another 2, in Feb and march,

Hi Paul,
Glad to hear you like the quality of the cages and how easy they are to put together. Our supplier raised their prices for plastic by over 10% which is why we have raised ours in line with that. We still believe we offer the best plastic breeding cages at the best price with our competitors selling similar cages for £175+.

I like these cages
I like these cages, so simple to build/put together, and well made. Definitely buy again as I don't have enough at the moment. Being a o.a.p. I can only purchase a few at a time but I can definitely recommend these to others looking for cages.
