I am waiting now for an answer to my emails and text since last week. No response, no reaction to my question why my orders have not shipped.
I am not happy at all as I am running out of food!! That is not good customer service.

Fidelis contacted me now and everything is sorted. I
am happy with their explanation for the delay, therefore changing my star rating. They also offered me a discount for the inconvenience.

Easily the best food/treats on the market!

The most natural treats and food on the dog market! I’ve been using fidelis for years and my dogs can’t get enough!
Also the customer care I received from William is always fantastic!

Great clean food that I could eat…

Great clean food that I could eat myself!
The training treats and yoghurt snacks are the best . No nasties ,just good meat content without any of the other stuff that many companies bulk into their foods and treats and the best thing is my two Westies ,who are very picky ,love all the varieties all the treats and all the training treats. The only thing I have to worry about is which one do I get next?

Had issues but supplier resolved.

Update:- supplier contacted me and resolved all issues I had. So now happy.

Old review:-
I placed an order recently and received ok. Problem is some of the supplied product is 3 months out of date. Firstly that is illegal and secondly I have tried to contact via the website and also phone but the phone states it's fully online now (which is not helpful when trying to resolve an issue). Therefore as I have not received any response nor am I able to speak to someone to resolve this is being marked as a 1 star only. Sorry but you need to improve your customer service and supply in date goods. I'm not happy.

Thank you for your updated review.

We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve this for you, and we are glad we were able to put things right. In this case it was misprinted packaging during our production, this has now been reosalved and all team member training updated on our automated machines and date settings (this changes from day to day and is manually set from its first inital batch stored in the system, for your issue our team member did not set the true date, instead just hit print & run which has ofcourse caused us the issue which had arisen)

We take all feedback seriously, especially when something has not gone as expected. We always review any issues raised and use this information to improve both our service and our products going forward.
