Bird Voyage Avis

I was really looking for a travel agent for our trip to the Caribbean. I called a few companies however, the only one that answered on the first ring was Bird Voyage! The person picked up the call was Sam. He was absolutely amazing from the first conversation till the booking was completed.
Sam was outstanding! I credit to the company.
I will always booked my holiday with Bird Voyage and I will always ask for Sam!
Well Sam! And thank you for making my booking my holiday smoothly.

We can’t thank Dominic enough for helping save our trip!

Our original flights were cancelled due to the issues in Dubai, and we were really stressed trying to find alternatives. We came across a sponsored ad for travel.myflightbooking.co.uk and decided to call — that’s when we got through to Dominic.

From the start, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly found us several flight options, all of which were significantly cheaper than what our original travel agent was quoting.

I’ll admit, we were a bit skeptical at first as we couldn’t find many reviews for the website, and when we learned the company was Bird Voyage, we were still unsure as their online presence felt a bit limited. Transferring that amount of money was nerve-wracking, but Dominic was so patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the whole process.

We’ve just returned from our trip, and everything went perfectly — no issues at all. The flights were exactly as promised, and the whole experience ended up being seamless.

Thanks again, Dominic — you genuinely turned a stressful situation into a great experience and we will definitely be in touch again!

Sam has done Great service and the best attitude.
Really appreciated

I was struggling to get tickets and this company managed to source some for me

But I have to say that the shining light in the company has been Steve. When there was an issue with my tickets he resolved it immediately and he has been the most understanding and helpful person! I would absolutely recommend him! Every day of the week!!!

Always get something great from Mr Steve even during emergency situations. He is my one and only travel advisor who always dedicated all his time and patience to make sure I always get something satisfactory

Brad was extremely helpful and went out of his way to organise suitable flights for my daughter and myself. His understanding of the difficulties with escalating costs, made my experience of booking flights less stressful. Thank you.

Very nice to work with your people and respect I am very pleased to close the deal with the guy called lion ver good and respectful guy so please keep up the good work thanks again guys

I spoke to Leo throughout my booking, flights got cancelled due to the current situation and I have to say this company was amazing. Regular calls for updates from Leo and working around thr clock to get me sorted, listened attentively and understood my situation, very caring and professional. 100% using them again and 100% would recommend. Found me thr best price deal and most importantly gave me complete peace of mind when things went wrong. Thank you

Bird Voyage have been superb throughout our large party booking over nearly 100 people.
Excellent communication and very efficient service.
Viktor has been 5 star from the start and will recommend Bird Boyage to all customers looking for travel arrangements.

I was firstly tempted by Bird vantage due to their competitive flight price to Singapore. I was then pleasantly surprised Steve’s (presumably the proprietor) ability to create again a highly competitive priced hotel and transfer itinerary. Most pleasing was his continual communication through out our holiday to ensure all was well.

Jay was fantastic booking my parents an urgent flight home from Australia. He was super quick and efficient and did everything for us even sorted out boarding passes. Will highly recommend and definitely use you guys in future. Thanks again for everything. You went above and beyond for us

They are doing express service to their customers.

The staff member Leo was extremely helpful, very polite, and most of all lots of patients in helping to book a flight at an excellent price. Was a pleasure to do business with this company.

While I was doing research on travel arrangements I contacted a number of different agencies. Bird Voyage (Rav) took minutes to respond to my query. Through the whole process I had so many questions and he was so incredibly helpful. Rav even went out of his way to help me find my way to the place I needed to go and sent me details of the transport I would have to take. I really appreciated this as I found the whole procedure overwhelming. He was truly so helpful and helped keep mu nerves at an all time low. I felt that I was in good hands and had excellent support. I will definitely be using Rav (Bird Voyage) again. This is not the last time I will bug Rav with my millions of questions :) If you are an anxious traveller like me Rav is definitely the guy for you!

I experienced great job of Victor to helping me for my tickets. He is very honest and well organised person.

Brad did a great job finding me a really good deal by thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile. Thank you Brad

We had such a great experience with Bird Voyage. Sam was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was flight changes, upgrade options, or general questions, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was the peace of mind he gave us. With concerns around flight disruptions in the Middle East, it was so reassuring to have someone we could contact at any time. It made our whole trip feel completely stress-free.

I usually book flights myself online, but after this experience, I’ll always use Sam. Having that level of support makes such a difference.

Highly recommend!

The agents are very polite, understand my query before responding and provided me options as per my needs.
After sales experience has been very great as well to accommodate my request.
Overall I had best experience for the booking with the agency.

Nice and good service Mr.Leo very helpful person.

On board with what was required and quick to respond to queries and made sure all trips and journeys went smooth. Rav dealt with all things appropriately during booking and post booking till return travel. I would go back to him if needed again in future. I also dealt with couple of other people in booking team and all were good.
It looks like it’s a dynamic group and more bookings means more experience and even more better service.
Ticketing team definitely needs some extra pair of hands as they seem to be a bit behind in everything and needed repeated prompts and corrections. All in all would recommend to others .
