Sent damaged part. Plus it was wrong colour grey. In add say bumper was black I did check this. Phoned bison up would not give refund. Was rude / said got Autism they dis this . Wanted me do things . Which unable to do due to my Autism. Say not getting refund put phone down. Out pocket now. Got damaged part/ wrong colour.

If i could put 10 stars i would. I have been using Bison Parts since October 2023 when i took on the roll of Transport manager. The Gentleman before me had been using them for as far as i can see on our records. Never heard a bad work from him and have never had an bad experience. Simply the best in my opinion ! The prices always seem to be the cheapest as well, if not they'll be close enough so we go with them as we trust them.

3 times ive ordered parts and more to be ordered, each time ordered online very easy and smooth process, had a issue with deliveries going to the wrong address a quick call and a chat and its been dealt with by a friendly member of staff. So far its been a great company to deal with.

Fabulous service. Honest and reliable

Parts sub standard and required repairs before they could be used on the bulb holders. When contacting support the first person who never gave their name, blamed me fully and praised the part and their sales. When they couldn't find any other way to blame me, they stopped responding.

Avoid them and go somewhere better. Somewhere better would be the cheapest rubbish you can find online with the worst website.

Their after sales service is really bad, I sent back an order within 2 days of receiving it and never received a refund for it (it’s been more than a month since I shipped the order), Bison received and accepted the order and will not issue a refund for me.
